I visited partyman in Braintree on the Friday of half term (20th February)
The children had the most amazing time! The staff were super friendly and helpful and were amazing with the children.
Anything for adults was not too much trouble and although it was busy they were so organised it was a relaxing afternoon!
The staff working this day were Ayse, samora, Holly, faith and Ellie and I just want to say thank you so much to all of you for making the children so happy and our experience so enjoyable!
We look forward to seeing you soon.

I come here at least with the kids once a week sometimes even twice, the staff are absolutely amazing so friendly and helpful and you can’t complain about the food either.
Char and Alannah - always have a smile on their face and always ready to help if I have any questions.

Today, my daughter’s balloon poped the girls were amazing, i’m very kindly did her another sword. This made my daughters day. I’m very grateful as a Drama of a tantrum of a four-year-old as you can imagine the world had ended. 🤣

PARTYMAN WORLD, OXFORD Children can spend a good amount of time here. Always clean, and the equipment never looks really old or tired. The staff are so friendly, attentive and always have a smile. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I often come when Nicole, Georgie and Steph are working. Always greeted with smile and a little chat, nice to feel like a person not just a paying customer.

The little extra parties that are put on at no extra cost, are wonderful. Again shout out to Georgie who runs these, the children love them, and she is so engaging with all the children.

Partyman world is one of my favourite soft plays.

I visited my local Partyman in Upminster on Monday and Wednesday. My experience couldn't have been more different, it could have just been different staff on duty or even children visiting at the time. On Monday it seemed calm and the music not too loud so that you could talk without effort. The lady on duty used the loudspeaker to remind users of the rules such as not going in younger children's area and climbing up the slides. My grandson loved it. On Wednesday visiting children were flagrantly breaking the rules and staff did nothing. The music was so loud I had to raise my voice to be heard. My grandson was asking to go home within an hour of being there. Good to see some vegan options on menu. I would give 5 stars for Monday, and 1 star for Wednesday, so compromised on 3 overall!

We had our party this afternoon Abigail was fantastic from start to the end .

I bought my 3 year old son to PartyMan World Ipswich today, he absolutely loved it and the staff were extremely friendly, Stacie was a star and made my boys day!

Me and my partner alone with a party of 20 went to the Cambridge branch Partyman world of play.
My wife gave a friends child a sweet and a member of staff called Kyle came trampling over and started shouting at my wife.
Your cannot eat that here go eat it in the car park get out,
My wife told him he was being rude and she is putting away, he carried on being aggressive and rude telling my with to put the sweet back in her car coz she cannot put it in her bag and come inside. Kyle had the world biggest attitude and his body language was all wrong.
This was a place for children and we did not felt welcomed or this place was safe for our children.
Kyle looked like an 18 year old boy who could do with a shower.
We all felt it was because of our skin colour we were given this kind of customer service.

The place was dirty, it needed a good clean, the toilets locks were not working, the stench of the urinals can be smelled from the lobby.

Customer service from Kyle was so bad and his attitude was so rude along with being aggressive it made the whole place look bad.
It made all the staff customer service bad.

Partyman world of play need to start hiring happier staff who are willing to work with all skin colours and with children.

Also hire staff who actually take showers and know how to clean.

We won’t be going back and I would not recommend this racist company,
Your staff are a prime example of your company so if you hire racist staff you are no good as them.

I have taken a lot of time to write this review as I do not want others feeling how my family and friends felt.

This should have been nice relaxing break instead it was a bad experience.

Over priced and dirty.
Take your children somewhere else.

I don't get round to writing reviews but after years of visiting partyman Ipswich branch and have come away every time happy and look forward to coming back. All the staff have made us feel welcome over the years and the food is good too, if you get time to eat it hot.
My baby tuned 3 last week and i didnt have enough friends that could make the partyman deal, so i asked if we could have our own party reserving us a couple of tables. And to my suprise they had reserved us a party table as it was quiet, which made it for me 5*** .
I booked my child party on a Sunday for 1pm and had the best time and good laughs with the staff that make this place so lovely to visit and come and back to.

Easy long over due 5*

must say I didn’t no what to expect when ordering my sausage sandwich. However the sausage sandwich maker (Tracy) was on another level!
Immediately when taking my first bite I could tell how much love and enthusiasm went into it.
Such a delicacy!!
Tracy mentioned about adding cheese to the sandwich and I think this such an initiative idea, and it should be placed on the menu as an option!
The cuts in the sausage were equal and precise and the layout was phenomenal.
Butter to bread ratio was also spot on!
I will most defiantly be returning again for a sausage sandwich if Tracy it making it for me.
Orgasmic!

PS - the iced frappes were an amazing experience too.

HUGE thank you to the Partyman crew at Oxford, Holly and Ethan were absolutely amazing ! They connected with all the children there and made sure to check in on us all regularly, I cannot wait to bring children again ! Thanks HOLLY AND ETHAN

Fantastic team Fantastic place to go to play for few hours. They are brilliant for party's my son had his 8th birthday party there last night 6th Jan 2024 he had a amazing time like to send a massive thank you to Maddi Sophia and Paige for everything you did last night nothing was to much and they went above and beyond food was amazing squash was always topped up . This is not the first time my son has had his 2nd time now

My toddler attended the Partyman/Twizzle nursery in Cambridge. Awful experience, the toddlers do not stay for long. Parents remove them as soon as they can. Messy, scruffy staff, put toddlers in front of a laptop screen after 6pm, smelly bathrooms. Children stay in one room the entire day and do not go out for walks. They nap for hours in the afternoon. Make you sign a form stating that your toddler has fever and cannot go back to the nursery for two days. No evidence of any fever while touching the child. Refused to give me a copy of the form. Same with fake diarrhea. They do not encourage potty training and put toddlers back into nappies in no time. Staff prefer looking after girls than boys. They put their job offers at the Cambridge job centre encouraging candidates with no training or certificates to apply. Monthly invoices are constantly inaccurate, they charge for the 15 hours of free childcare and receive the money from the council….

Recently went to my daughters friends birthday party, only 10 people in party was invited meaning any siblings etc had to pay extra which is fair enough, this obviously ment those who were in the party sat and ate the food provided however there were loads of food left over and instead of the "host" serving it out to the children who were not part of it they threw it all in the bin. So much waste where there were other kids who would have been grateful for it. Not only I was unimpressed with the food waste, the staff were not very interested and barely interacted with the kids. The host also stood there while parents of the children were serving out the juice. All the staff wanted to do was tidy up before the kids even finished eating and seamed to be in a rush to get done. The place was dated and the toilets were grim. Wouldn't bring my kids here any time soon especially as they want to charge an adult nearly a fiver to get in. Rip off

What a joke of a place charging £4.50 each for adults to sit while their kids run around and also taking our bottle of juice away just to make you pay for their own drinks. Not to mention all tables not being cleaned with plates of food left all over them.

Last time visit. The staff is prolonged and not in the mood to work. Kids' food always is late, such a not organised team

Have never been here before so was abit apprehensive but booked my granddaughters 3rd birthday party here as their rival was booked for this day..needn't have worried..was looked after start to finish..everything explained what would be happening and when..Josh was very kind and patient looking after 10 3year olds.. the food was great and so much of it prepared by the lovely Sonia (manager I think )..the kids had a fantastic time..and the price for the party was far less expensive than our normal venue. A big shoutout to all the staff who made my Lucy's party a memorable one..Will definitely be returning.

We had a party at Braintree Partyman. To be fair, the party was okay and compared to most probably one of the better parties we've had.

What's totally let it down is we were given a £20 off voucher if we booked another party any time in the year but booked within 2 weeks. This was explained to us by Gemma at Braintree and as it states in the terms on the voucher. As it is my sons birthday in a view months we thought we'd book and use the £20 voucher. When trying to book we were then told that in fact they are false advertising and in fact the voucher only covers 'extras'. This is not how it was explained to us and indeed doesn't form part of the terms on the voucher itself.

If you're going to give these vouchers out then stop false advertising and update the terms on the voucher itself as they are a con.

I visited Partyman/World of Play Wembley during half term with my niece. Haven't been for 14/15yrs. It appears that absolutely no improvements have been made, as it looked exactly the same. It was absolutely heaving with people. Although February and raining, it was very hot and stuffy inside. I asked if the air conditioner was working. It was not. I was told they would open a door, that did not happen. Considering so many people have recently caught Covid, including myself just a couple of weeks before, I was really surprised at the lack of absolutely no adequate ventilation in the building. I thought this is really very irresponsible. The prices are not cheap. There were three birthdays in the 2 hour time slot we were there. Over the years they have made lots of money out of parents and children. They really should do a lot better in showing that they care about the people who come through their doors. It is quite apparent that they do not, otherwise improvements would have been made over the years but there has been none. Even though my niece enjoyed herself, I do not think I will be going back.
