I ordered 15 lanterns for my dad ( who passed) for the grankids to send to heaven and not 1 lantern worked?? I emailed the manager who was not helpful. Dont recommend!!!

Placed an order late Monday evening and received this morning (Thursday). This is my 3rd time ordering from Party Puffin and I experienced speedy delivery on my first two orders too. There is so much choice on the website and the prices are fantastic. They are selling things 2 or 3 times cheaper than elsewhere I've looked. Quality has always been really good too on everything I've received. I always recommend them to people with kids for party essentials.

Terrible place don’t order. Ordered on Thursday some christening decor. Paid for next day delivery. They didn’t come. I needed them for the Sunday. Emailed to ask for tracking number no reply don’t waste your money.

Wow, really impressed. My order was delivered in a few days to Northern Ireland, much earlier than expected.
Huge choice of birthday decor and party supplies on the website and I’m really impressed with the quality given the very competitive prices. I’ll definitely be ordering again.

Totally impressed by Party Puffin. I placed an order one evening, for 2 hats on an express service. The following morning I sent an email to ask if I could add 2 more hats to the order. I knew this was a long shot, as the tracking number had already been generated. But then amazingly I had a call from Ben at Party Puffin, who added the two extra hats to my order, took the extra payment over the phone, and they all arrived first thing the next day as planned!! Super service with a smile. Nice to find such a helpful company with an added human side! Thankyou!

Paid £7.95 next day delivery charge on one item as I was desperate for it and 3 days later not received the item or had any sort of communication from the company. This is actually the second time I’ve had this issue with the same company.

I have since contacted the company and had no response. Appalling service.

Great quality products and very reasonably priced! Also arrived sooner than expected! Will definitely be buying here again. 😊

I ordered loads of party stuff for my daughter's birthday and it came less than 24 hours later!! It's all fabulous stuff and cheaper than all the other party websites I was looking at! Thanks Party Puffin, great service!!

Spent almost £50 on party decorations and supplies and 4x one of the products I had ordered was out of stock, a member of staff rang me and left me a voicemail to call back, well I attempted to call around 8 times but the line wasn't working. I then emailed asking to replace the 4 items with something different but never got a response. When i eventually got through 2 days after I had placed my order the lady who answered the phone said it had already been sent and a refund had been processed for the missing items. This had really annoyed me as I was told to call back on the voicemail left for me and when I couldn't get through I emailed which wasn't read until they'd already sent my parcel out.
To finish off this lovely review I have yet to recieve a refund for the missing items, I placed my order on the 20th of April so would have expected the refund by now
Overall service wasn't great and I won't be spending money here again. I understand they want to provide a fast service but a professional and correct service would have been the better solution.

My order arrived day and I am absolutely thrilled.
I ordered 2 days ago and yesterday realised I'd missed streamers off of my
order. The customer service I received was brilliant and my order was
amended and sent out so quickly, I received my items today! I've now got
everything I need to make my sons 8th birthday, spiderman themed and extra
special at half the price of other party websites. Ive now used party puffin three
times , this will continue to be my go-to website for parties and I cannot
recommend highly enough. Fabulous start to finish!!!

Ordered some napkins, 2 days later they are here.

Excellent from start to finish. Amazing prices and fast delivery I received my stuff within 2 working day. My son will be amazed when he wakes up on his birthday due to the fab decorations and amazing choose. Only thing I was missing bow but not bothered as only cost pennies thank you

I placed an order on 29th December which was due for delivery on 5th January which I have still not received . Countless emails and telephone calls with no reply . Very unhappy no customer service looking for full refund . Will not be using again ! :(

My order never arrived. You cannot contact customer service as it just rings out and their email service doesn't work either.

Ordered goods on 28th Nov 2020 but as yet have had no correspondence from them what SO ever. Tried to contact them but phones are disconnected, they say there online chat is not working and their email they give you is NOT recognized
