Delay on response and package delivery
I can’t believe the lack of customer support even after mentioning my package was not delivered and after two replies they stopped again to reply to me. I have no idea at this point where or how to contact a person because I paid a lot of money for a package that never arrived. I feel it is an scam at this point. I made my purchase more than a month and a half ago and no updates or anything about my package.
Edit: I have received the package on the 15th of January. I will only edit this by adding two stars since I really liked the watch but this will not erase the customer satisfaction regarding the service responses. Hope you improve this in the future
