Serious concerns about this company

UPDATE 11 SEPTEMBER 2025

**Just received formal notice the company has gone into voluntary liquidation.**

Liquidator "would strongly recommend that you initially contact PayPal UK, your Bank and/or Credit Card provider to establish if you are able to obtain a refund."

Serious concerns about this company

Similar concern as other recent posters here. Ordered and paid for 2 knoll sofas in February. Told 12-16 weeks. Nothing arrived, chased and told due to problems must wait another 6-8 weeks.

No update since, no goods delivered.

Tried their phone, but says they can't answer.

Also sent 2 follow up emails. No reply.

Raised dispute with Amex and they gave a full refund. Please always use a credit card for online purchases as you get full protection against non-delivery of goods.

A SCAM. NO CHAIR NO REFUND

I ordered two chairs in December. I was told time and time again they would be coming next month. Eventually 8 MONTHS after placing the order I asked for a refund. I was told, like others on this page, I’d receive it within 14 days. Those have now passed and I’ve received nothing. I too now have to refer this matter to my credit card company. This company is a scam.

5 Star Service

Second purchase from these, brilliant again. Dining chairs this time after buying a sofa recently. The chairs are really sturdy and look great, delivery was smooth and prompt. 5 star service

Horrible. Worst customer experience ever

Horrible experience. Pash Classics are great at apologizing over and over, while defaulting on all promises. I ordered two items, a table and an office chair, last August 2024. Constant delays, accompanied with long apology emails, kept postponing the delivery for months. I got the table in April 2025, which came broken. Pash Classics never took any responsibility for it. The chair was never delivered. In June 2025 they told me that they cannot provide that color anymore, so they cancelled the order. They kept me waiting for almost one year. It has been the worst customer experience I have ever had. I truly do not recommend this firm to anybody.
An additional comment: right after I publish this review, Pash Classics contacts me asking for more details in order to identify the case and reply accordingly. It is really shocking that Pash do not identify this case immediately: we have crossed at least 20 emails in the last 10 months, I have spoken with three different persons in their customer service as I desperately tried to understand where the items were, or what to do with the broken table. The last email I got it from them yesterday...and they do not know where this review comes from??!! Perhaps I am not the only frustrated customer who received broken + delayed items...this company has nice and friendly people, but it is a total disaster. It is sooo difficult to make me lose my patience.

Received delivery of four dining chairs…

Received delivery of four dining chairs this morning, spent just under an hour assembling them without any issues. They are quite impressive assembled

Delivery far exceeded my expectations.
Well done Pash, from a satisfied customer, thank you.

Chairs not delivered

Ordered 4 DSW Eames chairs in different colours in December. Two were in stock and delivered quickly. Two weren't in stock and had a 12 week delivery lead time (around 20 March), we agreed to this deciding we could wait as we wanted the colour combo. Still the chairs have not arrived and the expected stock date keeps being put back on their website (it now says June!) We paid for these in December. No communication, apologies. When I've emailed I've just been told a new expected delivery date, which is then not fulfilled. Very disappointed and have lost trust. What is frustrating is that the two chairs we have are great! They should not be taking money and orders from customers if they do not have the product.

Absolutely delighted with our new…

Absolutely delighted with our new Taquara Corner Lounge Set from Pash. The design is sleek and modern, with a natural wood finish that fits beautifully into our outdoor space. It's incredibly comfortable, perfect for relaxing with a book or entertaining guests.

Delivery was smooth and the set was easy to assemble. The quality is excellent — sturdy materials, well-crafted details, and cushions that feel both plush and durable.

"My lounge chair and coffee table were delivered this morning by the Pash team, and I’m absolutely thrilled with both the service and quality! Although there was a bit of a wait, it was definitely worth it. Working in a similar industry, I understand that delays are sometimes unavoidable. Nice look but could be better

I recently purchased 2 Eames and I love the look of the chairs despite the wood arrived dirty and with some scratches (not very visible once built though) - However, I'm giving 3 stairs because the only bolts provided to assemble the chairs are in plastic and they did not hold at all. Luckily we had metal bolts and we could easily swap them, but it wasn't ideal.

Chair appears to be of good quality and looks good.
