Versteckte Regeln, null Support – mein Geld ist weg
Ich habe mir gleich zwei Passport Gourmand für insgesamt 4 Personen gekauft – in der Annahme, dass wir diese auch gemeinsam nutzen können. Von einer völlig versteckten Bedingung, dass pro Tisch nur ein Pass gültig ist, war beim Kauf nirgendwo die Rede. Das macht den zweiten Pass für uns komplett nutzlos.
Daraufhin habe ich den Support per Mail kontaktiert – und bis heute: keine Antwort, keine Hilfe, nichts. Die 200 CHF sind also bisher komplett zum Fenster rausgeworfen.
Das Konzept wirkt nicht nur extrem unattraktiv, sondern ich habe das Gefühl, dass hier gezielt mit den „kleinen Sternchen-Regeln“ gearbeitet wird, um Käufer zu täuschen. Wenn es zudem stimmt, dass man jeden Pass pro Restaurant nur ein einziges Mal nutzen darf, grenzt das für mich schon an bewussten Betrug.
Fazit: Schlechte Kommunikation, intransparente Bedingungen, kein Support – so gewinnt man keine Kunden, sondern verärgert sie!
