This doesn't even get a one star like others on here i bought something i thought the company name was gymshark
When i looked at authorisations it wasnt gymshark
They stupidly sent me an email today so now i can track them down
I got intouch with gymshark who informed that was a fraudulent site
I reveived the most appaling gym clothes
i too never received an email when purchasing the goods
be carefull

Fraudlent company posing as Gymshark. As if we haven't had enough this year without scams like this.

I have ordered 2 gym shark sets on Saturday 28th November . Waited for confirmation email to confirm payment NONE !! Next day received invoice from PASSFEED for £85.00 for a black maxi dress !! I DID NOT ORDER !! Now I am going to make sure that everyone knows about this if I don’t get my money back ..my daughter is devastated as it was her Christmas money. I am livid and I am not going to stop till we get her money back 👊

Got absolutely scammed once again! Ordered from supposedly gymshark an got scammed and stole £100 of my money! Sickening never use this site

Ordered from what I thought was gymshark but I’ve now realised was actually a fake site. The order has taken 25 days to arrive with me pestering the company. My item has arrived unlike most other peoples but it’s not what I ordered at all and the label literally says made it in China on it. Massive scam do not shop here and be careful when trying to get on gymshark site as there seems to be a lot of fake sites

Awful - massive scam. Ordered gymshark set and received no order confirmation email, a week after still for confirmation I emailed them and they said they have no order under my name or address. First they asked for an order which I explained how was I meant to give an order number without having the confirmation email. I sent them proof of my money coming out which is them and they said it wasn’t. Straight up lying when they have taken my money. Disgusting. looks like some people can’t make an honest living and have to scam other people honestly don’t know how this site is still running.

I ordered gymshark leggins and it is just a big scam, they took a lot of money and gave me tracking number which doesn't work, won't answer my emails etc. Avoid at all costs

My teenage daughter has just been scammed by this company. They were advertising a great deal for gymshark leggings. She tried paying with PayPal and it wouldn’t accept so she then paid with her bank card and it went through straight away! Of course it did! She’s asked to cancel her order but now no reply from them. Am furious! DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!!

I ordered from Passfeed April 4, the payment came out of my account that same day I still have not received my item, I have emailed them several times I even did a message on the app and still no response they sent me a tracking number to track my item I’ve been tracking it since April 6 and it has not updated since April 6 I still have not received my items I have continuously tried to email I have not received any money back or my items
I will never ever use Passfeed again!

Passfeed is the WORST app I’ve came across. I Messaged customer service to only them reading what I had asked about one of my orders and never replying back. That is the worst customer service order ever. Will never be buying from Passfeed again and when I get my money back I’m deleting the app since Passfeed is horrible at their customer service skills.!!!

I've had the displeasure set up a meeting with Passfeed and very poor communication and lack of professionalism. I would not recommend working with or for this company.

I hate grocery shopping, but I love eating. Passfeed has incredibly tasty food and it's so easy to use. Excellent food delivery service in New York City. Happy dance starts now.
