"Passion for food" is outstanding
"Passion for Food" is the best event caterer we have ever used. They recently catered for my daughter's wedding for over a hundred guests in the Divinity School in the Bodleian Library, The food was outstanding. We have been inundated by compliments from the guests all week. Mass catering it may have been, but this was also high-end dining. The pre-meal canapés were exquisite. Then, asparagus with a perfectly cooked poached egg starter (firm white, runny yolk), a beautifully presented lamb dish, and finally a sticky toffee pudding to die for. Francis Coulson could not have done better when he created the dish over forty years ago at Sharrow Bay. Even more important for stressed parents trying to organise a wedding was the constant presence and advice from Nicky and her team. Perfect. Nicky is an oasis of calm amongst all the wedding stress. On the day, everything went like clockwork. The personal choreographed table service was a joy to behold. All in all this could not have been done better.
