Good vendor, and good prices.
My first experience of shopping at Passione per i Coltelli has been positive. The price was very good, the email response from the vendor (Thomas) was swift, and the delivered item was correct.
Less good was my choice of shipping company. I opted for the cheapest option, and that was maybe not the best idea. The shipment from Italy to Spain of a small <1kg package took about one and a half week. This is slow, but reasonable. Less good is that for almost a week there was no information other than that the package had been picked up, and the tracking links indicated on the shipping company's web site told that the tracking number did not exist. This caused unnecessary concerns, as it reminded me of previous internet purchases from other vendors that turned out to be fraud. But now I know this vendor can be trusted, so I can have a bit more patience if the delivery is slow.
In case I will need to buy another knife I will definitely consider buying it from Passione per i Coltelli.
