Item not received, poor communication
Item not received and very poor communication. The delivery company had the wrong address for me so it wasn’t delivered despite me emailing Passiontec well in advance warning them of the address issue. I have emailed them 2 or 3 times over the last 10 days but not had a reply. The item was a tool urgently needed for a project and has caused me extra expense having to hire one.

If customers pay with PayPal, the parcel will be sent to the delivery address stored with PayPal by default. You can change or add another delivery address in your PayPal account so that you can choose which address your goods should be sent to in the future.

Goods stocks great prices
Only online store to have the product in stock, the model came with a European plug fitted, however they supplied a uk adapter, delivery was approximately a week but worth the wait for the price would happily recommend them

Genuine tools at better than UK prices even with delivery.
Saw the tool I wanted advertised by Passiontec at a price lower than anywhere else. They are a German company with a UK domain but that didn't put me off. I read the reviews and was happy that I was going to deal with a good company and have a good experience. I wasn't wrong. Placed my order and used PayPal as back-up just in case things went wrong. Emails were timely and I could track the parcel. Delivery took only 4 days and was delivered successfully by DHL. The only thing I can criticise is their ordering system. It's a bit clunky and your account, for example, doesnt show your order. If you remember to use the tracking from your email then you can see its progress. A bit unnerving until you start getting email from them. Just bear that in mind.
