Driving instructor cancelled on me/rearranged lessons constantly and also taught me wrong techniques. Unreliable & inconsistent, and decided to stop being an instructor a week before my test was booked which she knew about for months leaving me without a car or practise. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

I had my first lesson with Oscar, he was very patient and kind, Had a great first lesson!

I passed first time with Kash from Middlesbrough, an absolutely amazing driving instructor!!! Could not of done it without him, 10/10. Highly recommended.

My nephew cannot book a lesson for 6-7 weeks, car broken, no other instructors to step in. No good leaving 6 weeks between lessons booked solid. They should only take on the amount of students they can provide at least one lesson each for. Instead of just taking on all students and not giving consistency. Disgraceful given how much they charge.

A very special thank you goes to my instructor, Rubina Qamar. She is truly an amazing woman — incredibly patient, encouraging, and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and taught me every skill I needed to feel confident and safe on the road. Even when I found things difficult, she stayed calm and guided me step by step. Today I passed my practical driving test, and this result is proof of how well she trained me.

Thank you once again to Pass and Go and especially to Rubina for helping me achieve this milestone. I will definitely recommend your company to anyone looking for great driving instruction.

Our experience has been from bad to worse with rescheduling practice dates initially through an instructor called Andrew and no response from the team for any date yet , my husband had to cancel his test date and still no response from an instructor despite several mails to the team .
I am not pleased with their service and cannot recommend this to anyone.

I had Phil Howarth as my instructor in Leeds. I highly recommend!! I passed first time!
He was genuinely amazing as he was patient with me and clear and consistent in his methodology/teaching practices. We made sure my driving standard was polished and test ready, going over certain things countless times until they became natural for me. He worked around my schedule fitting me in all hours of the day/week which was a godsend and ultimately ensured my confidence was sky high for my test. If I had any issues or wasn't grasping something we would stop and talk about it and come up with a new method or plan that would work for me, finding new reference points or doing a manoeuvre differently. Wouldnt have done this so easily without you! Thank you again Phil, all the best!

Would give 0 stars if I could. The most unprofessional and uncaring company with instructors who don't listen and leave it until last minute to ask for things!!
It was a confusing experience I signed up paid £70 for lessons and then nothing no message for around a week until less than 24 hours to my lesson!! No hello or introduction or anything!!

I emailed the company who have palmed me off. I explained I cannot get a check in a code on request due to my records having to be dealt with privately which now means because of them I'm having to publicly announce this which is against the law!!!!!!!!
Worst company haven't bothered refunding me but I will take them to court and to the papers if they don't because I don't care that it's £70 it's the principle! Avoid this company scam artist like the plague!!

Had my first ever driving lesson with Oscar this morning and it went better than I thought! He was so calm and we had a lovely drive! Excited for the lessons ahead! Thank you for be patient with me! ☺️

This company is a scam, I paid for 20 hours of driving lessons and I have had my driving instructor cancel 7 lessons, I have 8 hours left and I’ve had enough so I asked for a refund. I think this is reasonable as I am not getting the service I paid for apparently not. They flat out refused! I understand that they can’t usually do it as people would just pay for more hours to get a discount but that isn’t the case here.

The lessons I did do were a complete waste of my money as the gaps between them were so big from the amount of time it’s taken to do each lesson. They keep saying I can change instructor but I don’t want to use this horrendous company again.

Update: As they have responded I thought I would add that the escalations team also refused to give me a refund and my credits are expiring as they only last 6 months, as I have complained they have deactivated my account. It now wouldn’t matter if I did get a new driving instructor I would still not be able to use the credits in time. Never use this company.

I passed with a big thanks to Andrew Robertson!! Great instructor, makes you feel comfortable and teaches you in a way anyone can learn.

Absolutely amazing driving instructors, Dean was so kind to me and a great laugh- brilliant at his job and I passed first time entirely because of his teaching!! Even if you’re nervous or unsure then I would definitely recommend doing your driving with pass n go as the website and system is easy to navigate and happy to help!

My experience with pass and go was really great! It’s a fast and simple system that makes booking lessons super easy. My instructor Paul Edward’s has helped me from the very beginning and made me the best driver I can be, it wouldn’t have been possible to learn as well as I have without him, helping make driving enjoyable and rewarding.

What can I say…Ravi is an absolute class trainer and has got me over the line with my Part 3 ADi test on my second attempt. I have learned soo soo much from him and he’s been there every step of the way for me whether that’s in a professional sense with help with my lessons, or as a mate and keeping me going through all my setbacks. He constantly found ways to challenge me and got me to up my game and continue the learning. I couldn’t recommended him highly enough to anyone wanting to be trained from start to finish wanting to become a driving instructor. PassNGo have a legend and gem of a trainer who they should be offering to all new potential instructors to be successful. Thanks soo much Rav. It’s meant a lot!!

I passed today with Andrew Robertson, as a nervous driver with little confidence he was extremely helpful taking the time to explain things to me in a way I could fully understand. After a bad experience with a previous instructor, he was very patient, calm and reassuring which helped me massively. I would definitely recommend Andrew to anyone.

My instructor, Amaar was amazing. He is very approachable and knowledgeable. He also fit in my lessons where possible, around my own working schedule.

Amaar made me feel very comfortable and at ease, straight away. He is a great driving instructor.

After a short while, I was test ready and passed 1st time round. I couldn't have done this without him.

Amaar is a credit to PnG driving school.

Amazing! Got my twin sons to both pass first time! Crazy lady but that’s what made it such a fun experience for my teens. Calls a spade a spade, so if you want sugar coating don’t use Tanya! Got two great drivers now, and feel very confident letting them both drive. Thanks Tanya, 100% would and will recommend!
