Pass N Go Driving School Reviews 

Since starting my driving lessons with pass n go last Dec (25) which I was super nervous about starting my driving lessons. I starting my automatic lessons with my instructor Simon Doyle ,he was super nice made me feel very comfortable with my driving,I would highly recommend him if you know anyone who wants to start there lessons
I would definitely recommend pass n go to anyone who is lokking to start driving they have a very simple to follow booking system 😀

The lessons were very helpful thanks to my instructor helping me with great knowledge on all of the tasks in hand. Really grateful with the time.

I passed my test today with my instructor Sean Smith. Really great guy with great tutoring skills and very helpful along the whole way and friendly making it a safe space.

Oscar made the entire experience really fulfilling, not only was he a great instructor we were able to laugh and chat along the whole 30 hour ish journey we had together.

He was firm when he needed to be but always really supportive and gave lots of encouragement as my driving skills progressed.

I couldn’t have asked for a better instructor, passed first time and can’t thank him enough highly recommend.

I am extremely disappointed with the service from Pass N Go. I paid for a 9-hour bundle, but the experience has been a nightmare. My instructor, Trevor, was incredibly unreliable. He cancelled a lesson on the 14th and moved it to the 16th, but then didn't show up on the 16th either due to a 'hospital emergency.'

Worst of all, he logged the hours as 'completed' on the 14th in the system just to get paid, even though I never drove a single mile that day. I have sent screenshots of the text messages as proof where the instructor admits he wasn't there, but customer service keeps ignoring the evidence and just repeats the same 'bundle math' to me.

They are essentially keeping my money for lessons I never received. I’ve had to find a private instructor elsewhere just to get on the road. Total lack of professionalism and zero protection for students' money. Avoid this school if you want a reliable instructor and honest office staff.

Amazing instructor, very chatty and she is bonkers but every lesson has been hilarious and great unfortunately/fortunately i’ve had my last one. She puts your through your paces and makes the test really easy. The test felt like a piece of cake. Done motorways before test and now confident with every driving aspect.

I had my automatic driving lesson with Kulbir today, my lesson was very well structured, we discussed my strong points and a plan was made for my next steps which helps a lot so that I know what I am focussing on during my next lesson!

Additionally Kulbir is kind, friendly, calm and understanding- I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking to purchase driving lessons!

I had the pleasure of being a student of Jonathan , he instantly made me feel at ease, from the start of my very first lesson. He is a fantastic teacher, very patient, and you can tell he puts 100% effort into his job. I passed my driving test first time today, and it feels surreal because I never thought I would even learn to drive because of my adhd brain. I can’t thank him enough!

I had a fantastic experience during my ADI training with Pass N Go, I had a fab trainer named Martin who helped me so much. I also had some tution from a trainer called Chris who helped Me prepare for my part 3 test alongside Martin. Overall a great experience😀written by Leanne Kerr

Richard Wareham successfully taught both my children to drive. They were quite different - one reluctant and nervous, the other confident and keen - which I think shows Richard’s flexibility and ability to deal with different learners. Both are now happy and safe drivers. Richard is calm, kind and friendly and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Had a great first lesson with Mark Dyson. Very calm and gave me a good understanding. Can’t wait for the next lesson with Mark!

Booking system was really easy to use. Everything was clear and easy to follow on the platform. My instructor Tahseen Hussain was amazing! He helped me from zero experience to fully passing in a good amount of time. Instructions were clear from him and he doesn’t rush you or makes things difficult. Had a really great time learning from him and wish him all the best with future learners. I would recommend 100% worth it.

I had the best experience with Simon Tyler as my driving instructor.

From the very beginning he was extremely supportive and encouraging, helping to correct any mistakes in a calm manner and giving me a positive outlook on driving. Every lesson was used to it’s full potential as he helped me improve my weaker areas and made sure to target them so that I had no doubts about anything and remained confident. He prepared me extremely well for my test and I passed first time- I most definitely could not have done it without his support and professional guidance throughout.

He was very flexible when booking lessons and had very good communication throughout. Every lesson was a great experience and I thoroughly enjoyed getting to know him.

I am so grateful for his kindness and support and would highly recommend. Thank you!

Mark Preston is a wonderful driving instructor. Always so calm, reassuring and supportive. He was very patient with me. Even if you make a mistake, he will support, guide and encourage. He will always focus on your strengths and guide where skills need improving.
He is also very accomodating and genuinely wants you to do your best and pass.
It has been a privilege to spend time with a great instructor.
Thank you for teaching me! I wouldn't have passed without you!

Kulbir (Kip) is a great instructor, I recommend him, he takes his time to explain and also is patient with his teaching. He has a set plan for each lessons and carry his students along ahead of the next lesson.

I had a great lesson with Lee Turner, very clear instructions, he was really friendly, patient and made me feel comfortable. Would highly recommend.

My experience with Qaiser has been great he’s good on teaching you from the basics to the more important things in driving I highly recommend him

I had a lesson with Kip after my previous instructor left and it was honestly really good. He’s professional but also very calm and easy to talk to, so I felt comfortable straight away.
He explains things clearly and gives helpful feedback without making you feel nervous or pressured. I really liked his positive attitude it actually boosted my confidence a lot.
Overall, I really enjoyed the lesson and feel more confident with my driving now. Definitely recommend him if you want a supportive and reliable instructor.

Honestly my instructor (Mariusz Orlowski covering Seaton delaval area) was amazing I couldn’t have had a better experience and I passed my test today (30/4/26) first time with only 1 minor. I couldn’t have done it with out him! Lessons were always good and many laughs and learning! Would highly recommend Mariusz to anyone he’s amazing!
