Told me my photo was OK and then sent me a different photo than the one I uploaded and said I needed to reupload because there was glare—when I didn't respond and asked for a refund instead because it wasn't what I uploaded, they forced it thru anyway and the picture quality is awful! Do not use this company will be contesting this with my bank.

Uploaded my photo, paid for photo to be verified and the photo they produced had a scratch down the face, which was not in my original uploaded photo. Obviously I could not then use that photo.
Emailed them countless times, but I have had no reply and no refund of monies.
Absolutely rubbish. They claim the photos are guaranteed compliant. Mine were rejected by him passport office. I cannot get a refund from them after many attempts to claim it back, no response at all. Avoid at all costs
Don’t be fooled! The photo that they produced and said had been checked to make sure it met required standards was instantly flagged as unlikely to be accepted! Have I had a reply to my request for a refund!? Obviously not!
