Purchased the EA a couple of weeks ago and took a bit of getting used to and learning but now I'm flying with it! Keep in mind people only really have something to say when something goes wrong that's why there looks like there's a load of bad reviews and doesn't take into account the other 95% of people who had a good experience but haven't left a review! I have not got a bad word to say about Axel and his team, very straight forward and if you are willing to put the time and effort to learn in will do wonders for you!

I asked to the owner if the ea was martingale and he told me is not in reality the ea is a pure martingale ea (advertised as hedge ea) that can blowup your account very fast…don’t trust them their are not honest with people they want only make quick bucks without efforts…I lost 997 usd of my hard earned money

They are an absolute lie and they are just deceiving people to get their money don't fall for it. after getting the bot $997 they also have an advanced program to get more money from you. also want to take your money for automation service. if you ask a question on the discord you get banned. no support reply to your question. they are after your money and once they get it they are in charge.

They delivered plain and simple. They answered questions 24/7, and they seem to operate on the principle that time is money. I don't think that is any different from any other business.

They always advertise in every single IG add that if they don't pass you don't pay. Please don't be fooled as this is simply not true.
Moreover they will charge you a service fee and then send you a contract to sign which to me are mind games as they take the money from your pocket and then kind of put an indirect pressure to sign the contract.
What else I can say, I spent around $6K ($3500 automation service fee, $997 for the EA and $1389 challenge fee). They simply didn't trade my account for days and almost failed the cahllenge when I begged the prop firm to give an extension which we did get for another 30 days and gues what, their useless account manager didn't trade again for 20 days.
I then went on to pass the challenge with another service provider's help and I have asked them for refund since they never traded on the account, nor did they pass anything and now they are refusing to refund anything.

Dont trust the mfs. Had an instagram convo with them asking them the nature of their business and if its so good, why offer a service and not just trade themselves and give people money for free. He said “dumbass lol, apple is a trilliondollar company and they still run even though they dont need to”. Reasoning by analogy is emplyed by people who dont know their a**holes from holes in the ground. Consider whats in it for them. Too good to be true. No guarantee. Check out the names on the 5 star reviews. “Billy sims” “timmy tompson?!” What is this a 1950s leave it to beaver cyber forex revival in happening in trust pilot. Use your brain before they use you.

Scam company don't go near them😡😡😡😡

Passed phase 1 & 2 taking about a week each. I did not place a single trade. I would definitely recommend them! Now TIME TO SCALE📈

If I could give them less than a Star I would! Axel is a piece of s**t!! His entire staff are liars and opportunist. I was anxious to pass my 2 FTMO challenges and made the mistake to send them payment via Crypto 2K in ETH. They failed those two challenges and offered me only a free re-try! I had two slots so I gave them a MFF account $300K thinking it will be easier since more drawdown.. They failed that one too! And When I asked for a refund he proceeded to tell me I’m a a complainer and quickly kicked me out the discord group! True SCUM. After a few months went by I reached out since I have the free re-try’s and I saw they started promoting the Blue Forex Funds another scam and I purchased 2 accounts $500K challenges at $1,500.00 each that’s 3K in total. They quickly failed one and then passed the other only to find out him and his friends IG Doust (from Toronto also where Axel originated) were just scamming people to get them to buy challenges and never really pay them out regardless if they follow all the bogus rules! In total Im out about $8,000 dealing with this company and there BS claims of passing challenges! Don’t waste your time! I’m more upset I paid via crypto so I can’t get a refund or charge back on at least some of my funds! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! You are better off doing and learning yourself or using another company EA to pass the challenges for you!! I am writing this as a warning to others don’t deal with Axel. He will take your money and not deliver on the service or provide a refund!!!

Total scam. I got trapped and lost $1000 for nothing. Earlier they were giving refund option but when I asked refund they are saying I have purchased lifetime so can’t refund. Earlier they were saying it will pass prop challenge but now they are asking me to do market research and try out different settings on EA. I am wondering if I was able to do my research then why would I spend $1000 to do my work.

Would have rated 0 starts if possible Worst ever. They say they pass your challenge but when it actually comes to that failed twice. Now they don't even reply . I have the screenshots of the chats . Trust me they're a total scam.

Background: They recommend to buy Blue Forex Funds Account (500k Account for 1,5k$), because they can Pass it easy with arbitrage Trading and get affiliate provision. I was impressed, OK paid also 4k€ for this. Than i wanted that they manage my funded account, and paid extra 1k tonget a Spot. At the End i lost everything!
They crashed my funded Account because Not setting TP and SL and Axel throw me Out of the private discord group, i paid 100$ for this one time also! So stay away, try the learn ot or leave it.

Terrible experience!!! Save your money, PLEASE! I purchased the done for you automation service thinking my experience would be different from others who lost their investments (read below)…but unfortunately I paid $1500 only to have an NON-PROFESSIONAL “account manager” place 1 random trade per day, and EVERY SINGLE ONE WAS A LOSS! Not a single win…and that’s after I had to message Axel and customer service 5-10 times just to have them actually start trading 2 weeks after I paid…not to mention the “Account Manager” didn’t even use the company’s EA to trade, and started trading on NFP Friday (terrible risk management) on a slightly positive note…I have a friend who has the EA and I have seen it work (for those who can figure it out)…but DO NOT BUY their automation services bc they SUCK!!! A blind bat would get better results..

Everyone that gets into this is industry is aware of the risk. You can lose money just as easy as you can make it. That being said axel and his team claim that there will be a refund if they fail or don't pass your challenge........ But there isn't. I bought two challenges and they failed both. He offered someone else a refund but when I asked I was denied because it was "not what I signed for in the contract" when I continued to ask what the difference was between my situation and the others he blocked me, and removed my from the "pass your challenge" discord (which I also paid to get into) . I have the screenshot proof of the conversation between he and myself as well. I very respectful towards he and the company he built but this is not a great way to handle questions or a situation. Total loss : 1000 for his "automation", 600 for challenges, 50 for the discord $1650 gone

They passed my 2 phases no lie, but when it came to them managing my account, I haven’t had anyone reach out to me like promised and it’s been 3 weeks. They were quick to reach out about automation on my phases, but I’m trying to figure why they can’t be that quick to reach out about management on the live. So I’ll just do it myself WITHOUT the EA. At least their not getting 15% out of my live, I’ll keep that in MY pocket!🤪 Seems like their all about money anyway!!

My friend is student and she is from low income famaily this people lied to her and she lost her money the one that she pay to FTMO AND THE AMOUNT THAT THEY TOOK FROM HER. She is struggling with depression now because this people are not human and they are stealing money from people. they lost the challenge and then did not say they did lost the challenge they promise to do another challenge for free but they did not do that. they will take the money and tell you that "bad reviews are from people who we did not pass that is 15 %" they are liars they are FAILING 100% and are rude to people. THEY TAKE $1000 TO $800 FROM YOU AND ARE VERY CARELESS ABOUT YOUR ACCOUNT, DO NOT TRUST THEM PLEASE! THE MORE MONEY WE GIVE THESE THIEFS THE MORE THEY WILL GROW. THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY STRONG STRATEGY. I WISH THERE WAS A LAW TO CATCH THOSE PEOPLE AND PUT THEM IN JAIL. I WISH I COULD DO A CASE ON THOSE DAY LIGHT THEIFS. AFTER THEY FAIL THEY JUST DO NOT INTERACT WITH YOU THEY WILL BLOCK YOU. THEY DISAPPEAR ON YOU. DON'T DO IT. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY FROM THIS DISTRUBL UNHUMAN PEOPL

I can also say Axel is definetly a scammer. First Trades was good and then he started pure gambling and my Account was lost. Please be aware and dont trust this i....!!!

Stay away unless you have $2K or more. There are additional fees on top of the EA that they don't tell you about. No one cares that you're misinformed either. On a fixed income & out of $1K for nothing.

They are not scammers but their business model is shady at least. Their EA is OK but for advanced users and traders that are already consistent. I made profit with their EA, but the EA is actually nothing special, a grid martingale strategy that needs a lot of management. There are many similar EAs like this on the market.
However their service of »passing various challenges« is not what you think. What happened to me:
First think i noticed only now is that the whole team is unknown. I cant find anywhere who exactly they are, how to reach them, their address or names or contacts of the team. I waited for axel to respond on discord for a week and the response was i will not read what you wrote. The attitude was rude and not professional. People I met on street are usually more cultivated.
When i applied for their service they advertised »You don’t pay if you don’t pass«. I still paid in advance because was fooled by the results they showed. I requested a contract but the contract was not provided. I also paid for challenges 2 times. They failed both times miserably. The whole challenge failed with just couple of trades and the trades was not done with the robot they sell. When they started advertising that in case, they fail they will pay for the new challenge by themselves I decided to try again. This was the time they demanded from me to pay a new fee for a service they did not provide the first time. Also, what bothered me is that their manager proposed to start a challenge at a scam prop firm that is notorious to not pay revenues to their clients. My complaints did not bother them. They started inventing new conditions like I have only 1 free retry even though I paid for everything, the failure to provide service was on their side. My conclusion is that their business model is not focused on actually passing challenges but rather not passing and charging people money for multiple attempts. This is shady at least. Shure there are people that passed but actual verified proof of hundreds of people passing is lacking. Also, their response to my complaint is far from generally accepted business procedures basically they are avoiding any responsibility. I decided not to buy their service again.

As soon as i wrote the bad review AxelFX banned me from everything. Confirmation they are scammers.
