Avoid this company at all costs,dont reply to phone calls or emails,got a refund from PayPal as I never recieved my item

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
This company has ceased trading according to Companies House.
My wife paid for a product from this company at the start of March with a delivery date expected to be 4th March.
Nothing received. Emails and phone calls unreturned.
I did some digging and (to my untrained eye) they shut the business but are still taking money on their website.
Fortunately, we paid via credit card and will be chasing this money down.

I ordered a cross stitch kit in early December and was told it would be delivered on 18th of the month. Aroepund the 18th, I had an email saying it was delayed and they would get it to me asap. I replied to say this was ok as I understood they might be under pressure close to Christmas. I heard nothing further from them and since the New Year have tried to contact them multiple times (email, website, Instagram and phone). I have received absolutely no reply and no offer of a refund. Based on experience, I would sadly not recommend this company though am willing to remove this review if they contact me directly.

Placed an order for some cross stitch kits and nearly £70 of my money taken, but never received my items.
Confirmation email sent to me giving an estimated delivery time with a matter of days. Yet a month passed and still not received my order. By then I knew something wasn't right with this company and I had been scammed.
No response from company despite contacting numerous times. Absolutely ignored every enquiry.
Thankfully got all my money back as I'd paid through PayPal who were very helpful and quick at resolving my escalation case.

I tried to order a few items, worth just over £60 using 2 gift vouchers I was given. the website, on numerous tries, would not accept the code.
I emailed the company 4 times and phoned 4 times. I also tagged the facebook page but I have had absolutely no response !!

Tried numerous times to contact via email and telephone but nothing! Wish I’d read reviews before ordering. Bank says to wait 15 days but after ringing in succession and leaving messages Samantha rang and explained there were issues with supplier but none of this had been conferred to me leaving me wondering where the paid for goods were. A refund was offered and accepted so I must commend the customer service but after such a disappointing experience.

Excellent service!!! I can see that there are terrible reviews below and queried this before ordering. The person I spoke to explained that they were new owners who took over the company in April 24 and were a small family business and were now very different from the previous owners and working very hard to ensure excellent service. My order arrived within 2 days!!!

I placed an order on 4 March 2023, received an order confirmation. On 8th March I emailed to ask for an update on the order and have not received a reply. I have called and left a message asking them to call me back and nothing. I’m worried about the genuine nature of this company and will be contacting my bank.

Am waiting for my order to arrive. Have tried phoning and have emailed. Obviously a scam company. Avoid at all costs. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I would give zero points if I could.

Dreadful company with zero customer service. Still not received order 10 days after ordering and no response to emails and am now going to order via Amazon and receive it tomorrow. I will not leave it at that as I will not rest until I receive a refund and I will use every means possible to warn others to not use this company which should be brought down. I am wondering it they simply steal the money customers pay for orders and that is their end game! They have to be shut down.

Just to add for those that may not know. You can advise your credit card company of the problems with this company if you do not receive your order and they should give you a full refund.

I have received my kit AND an apology. Such a shame that the company did not reply to my emails when I first wrote. Would have saved a bad review and concern over the authenticity of the company itself. I have changed my review grade to 3 so that people are made aware that they might be kept in the dark over when they will receive their order.

Wish I had checked the reviews on here first. I placed my order earlier in the week. It has still not been dispatched and 2 items are now showing as not in stock. No one replies to emails and no one answers the phone. Voicemail is full. Will now have to battle for a refund. Stick to reputable brands like Bothy Threads and similar, not scam sites like this.

Ordered from them 2 weeks ago and it's not even been dispatched yet, I've just had an order confirmation and heard nothing afterwards. I've emailed them to no response, tried phoning and left a voicemail with nothing, and tried messaging their Facebook page and still nobody is answering. I don't like leaving bad reviews but I feel like it's the only chance anyone is going to actually answer, I'm not sure anyone even works there!! I've never known any service like this and I work in customer service.

Ordered 10 days before Xmas, no dispatch email. 4 email enquiries later a still no reply or acknowledgment from them at all.
Dreadful customer service- well non existent customer service.
I will never use or recommend this company again.

Took 10 days for my item to be received; too long in my opinion. They don’t answer emails and don’t answer the phone. I’ve seen similar bad reviews on their Facebook page so obviously not a one-off. Not a good experience sadly and I wont be ordering from them again.
