Had a mix up with delivery -- not Patagonia's mistake -- where the RoyalMail delivered my parcel to another street with a similar name, and the receipt posted to number 10 on that road, so I had neither the parcel or receipt I'd missed the delivery. Patagonia were helpful in trying to sort the issue out, but luckily the kind person who received my parcel brought it to my house. The garment is typical of Patagonia, great construction and quality. Thankyou.

Very poor customer service, I ordered a new fleece, instead I got a black beanie hat through the post.... their policy... I have to take photos and send the hat back and i'll get a refund in 3-5 days. So so poor, other competitors would have shipped the correct item and sent a return label for the hat.

I won't be purchasing from here ever again.

I have a super old jacket from them and it started to get some holes in it. They sent me a patch kit for free!

Great service for reparations of my wetsuit! Easy and qualitative!

My fleece arrived stained (a lovely tomato sauce stain on the right sleeve on a £140 item) and visibly worn by the previous customer and then returned and sent to me without a proper quality check. I contacted their “customer service” almost a week ago and have not heard from anyone ever since. Embarrassing. Will not be buying again.

Positively amazed by their customer service: My Patagonia raincoat lost its waterproof qualities after 4 years so I decided to email them asking whether they could help me in any way. Firstly, I got a reply from an actual human, rather than the usual cold robotic reply big companies' customer service usually give you. Second, after providing some proof that my jacket was indeed real and official, they offered me a completely new jacket (mind you, the newer version of the one I had, which was more expensive than the original one I bought) for free. Whereas often I feel that customer service does everything in its power to not lose any money, I felt that Patagonia cared more about actual service. So, very happy!

4 out of 5 stars because a down jacket of theirs I once bought started leaking feathers way too soon. I had it repaired, but the problem repeated on different parts of the jacket. So the quality on that one wasn't so great.

Love their products, and always had good customer service at their shops. Not quite sure why there are so many negative reviews for their customer service. The build quality on their waterproofs is fantastic, and I have recommended them to friends too, who have all loved them.

Manchester branch refused to price match £313 on their £320 jacket. Female staff member stated that "we are not bothered where you buy it, we get the money anyway". As a result of your arrogance I bought an Arcteryx jacket instead, so you won't be getting a bean.

Misspelled my name, several grammatical errors. Is this seriously the turn Patagonia has taken? I'm waiting weeks now for any resolution and receiving responses like this in the meantime. I'm furious at this point.

Super massive carbon footprint.
We purchased several items that arrived today from Patagonia.
We went with this company because it markets itself on the pride of being environmentally aware by claiming that it makes most of its products from recycled materials.
Out of the three items that arrived, two were from Srilanka and the other was from Vietnam. We live in the UK!
This company is absolutely no different from any other sweat shop cheap labor outlet. Which, considering the jacket alone cost around £300 is an absolute joke.
Source locally or don’t bother.

I really wanted to buy into the brand as I really like what they stand for. It's such a pity then that their customer service is non-existent.

I purchased a number of items. They didn't fit. I sent them all back. I then got a couple of refunds, one of which didn't related to the product it was refunded for. None of it added up to the amount i'd spent.

I've tried emails, contacting them etc., but no response. Really disappointed that such an interesting brand is so let down by their ability to operate.

Considering the reputation that Patagonia has, I am surprised by the quality of their customer service. I called their UK number today and I could barely hear the person speaking due to conversations and noise happening in their location. This was totally unprofessional.

Bought a lightweight fleece c2019.
Zip puller mechanism got ripped off the bottom.
Patagonia sent me prepaid envelope, repaired and sent back. All free.
Part of their eco policy to reduce wastage. Well done.

I very recently mailed three well used jackets to the Vancouver store for zipper repairs. Two were repaired and returned to me within one week of me sending them, the other was sent on for more repairs. Very quick and very helpful associates with clear communication.. Thanks you guys 👍🏾

Paid a premium for Patagonia products because they are supposedly producing with the worker's wellbeing in mind, only to find out that they work with the same factories as Primark, Zara, H&M where workers hardly make enough to live and work 14 hours a day under mean employers. Thank you Follow the Money for investigating this.

Took my money and did not deliver the products. Only after I chased them three times did they do anything - turns out it was lost. Anyhow the refund then takes 10 days and I have to reorder which seems crazy when they could just send the items.
I have lots of patagonia clothes (which are great) but this is the first time I have brought directly from them. Customer service is terrible.

I have bought a lot of clothes through them in the past year for my family, both new and Worn Wear. The sales are good, but I have bought additional items full price after getting them through a sale. We have been very, very happy with the quality of our various winter (and summer) clothing. I am particularly pleased that I get useably sized pockets, even in summer dresses. My husband is also impressed with the quality (and pockets) of his various jackets, sweaters, and shirts.

Worn Wear, their site for selling gently used Patagonia merchandise, is fairly priced, and makes getting some more pricey items more practical, with honest mention of any defects from previous wear.

We live in Maine, so we need quite a variety of cold weather items, from indoor items to save on heating to coats for windy, snowy, soggy winter days. I've ended up replacing a lot of old stuff (including L.L.Bean's items, so popular in Maine) with Patagonia's, and getting cotton clothes -with pockets- for hot days or layering. And they're ethical! I'm really happy I started buying from them last year.

POOR SERVICE
I ordered a trousers, they said delivered but the the address they sent me to pick up, doesn't exist. I went on the address, and there's ASDA store at the address. Beware they never replied for my complaint. Tried chat , no chat available, tried call , no one attend call. I've lost my trousers and £90.
