LET ME TELL YOU ALL SOMETHING VERY IMPORTANT ABOUT THIS PLACE:

This Patisserie / Restaurant / Shisha lounge / Venue for any event HAVE THE BEST SERVICE IN THE PLANET!

I’m quite upset that some people is trying to degrade the quality and good service from them. Waiters are angels on earth.

If you don’t believe me, just go and try!!! Don’t let the fake reviews make you think the other way!

Waiters, general staff, manager and owner are GEMS (believe me I’ve been in countless venues) and is difficult to find good service and good staff all together.

Food is EXTREMELY EXQUISITE, prices are incredibly good for the quality, combination of flavours out of this world, impeccable clean…

I took my daughter today, who is a very fussy eater and she had a massive plate of Special Cesar Salad, that I wish you could see her face, she even eat the peppers that she NEVER EVER LIKED (she is 10 years old)

I had a very disappointing experience at Patchi. When I drank water from the glass, it had a bad smell, like it hadn’t been cleaned properly. That was already unpleasant, but the food was even worse – tasteless and poorly prepared. I won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Sadly an Awful experience, I live far away from Patchi - 10 miles away- , so my husband usually buys from them on way home as he works in Central London ( Weekly basis)
Today I went by myself. Because my work colleague politely ask whether I can buy something for her, from this shop. ( I usually share a plate with coworkers, she liked the taste of their baklava and petite fours ) so this is what I got for her. The Patchi workers were sneakingly showing the receipt to each other because the total was approximately £16 ONLY for two 1/2kg, giving me a disgusting dirty look, and looking and smirking between themselves ( anyway, I was surprised when the total was just £16, so i ordered something else) Nonetheless, it is not professional, nor acceptable that these people treating others based on the value of the client’s receipts. This is not a good look nor reputation Patchi. I can spend £1 only in your shop and be wealthy, Very wealthy. Do not ever underestimate others nor devalue them based on their receipts

After today’s treatment you lost not just one client but many.
Be careful Patchi, There are many people working in the media using your service, or people linked to them who are using your services.
Your staff need a good training in manners.
Take a note!

Sadly not a memorable experience. We went for a special birthday to the main restaurant. Staff slow, in attentive, couldn’t crack a smile between them. Had to ask for water 4 times, main drinks had to ask for again before they arrived. couldn’t care less waiter attitude. Advertised 10 ice cream flavours but only had one flavour advertised two scoops but only gave a one. Food was hit and miss some dishes lovely others guests said a bit dry. Felt like it was all style and no substance. Shame. Won’t be coming again.

Everything I bought at Patchi was amazing. Excellent sweets, fresh savoury pastries and lebanese food. Had a lovely meal at the restaurant too. Staff are very helpful and professional. Bilal is extremely proficient in his artistic ability to display any sweets beautifully. He designed and built a Borma tower for my son's wedding and it was beautiful. His service was excellent and made my purchasing experience so worthwhile. The sweets are always fresh, excellent quality and delicious. I can't thank Bilal enough. Thank you.

I buy from Patchi regularly. I think their baklava is decent and was reasonably priced. However, they increased the price disproportionately recently!

I think their major issue is customer service. Staff are not friendly, possibly overworked. Takes so long to serve customers. The staff at the cashier (most likely the owner’s daughters) are rude and not friendly at all

1 star is being overly generous. The waiter that served was elderly and totally rude and disrespectful - upon our arrival he approached us and made inappropriate jokes and was being quite hostile with me for no apparent reason. Food was average and we kept trying to call for anyones attention and kept getting approached by this waiter. Never again.

Awful, today we went for iftar myself and my family, the food was disgusting. After a long day of fasting was expecting to go and eat something tasty i was not expecting the food would be that bad no taste at all. Even the tea we ordered was really bad. The worse experience I ever had
But I might say the staff are very nice and good service

Avoid ! Awful ! Disaster and disappointment

We went to the peach lounge for my friends birthday and was promised on how much the night will cost, we came out with a £500 bill for 8 people, we only had 4 starters, 1 wine and a vodka and soft drink. There was no explanation of the bill. Do no visit not worth it and its a rip off. The staff are rude and do not care about customers.

Like always never fails to meet expectations. Today on eid we had to comment about our visit.
We want to say a huge thank you to the amazing stuff, they were very friendly, kind, helpful, speedy. We can't say enough. You gave up your eid days to help us have an amazing experience, you are a great team. No need to comment on the very tasty food and desserts, like usual A*. Shukran and yen3ad 3laykon ya rab.

Thieves
We order last friday and now 8 days and we wanted the sweets for Eid but the kept promising us lies saying we will dispatch it today and you get it tomorrow. They are dishonest, thieves and away from Islam. They took our money and they did not fulfill the order at all...SHAME on you, you are Muslims
