I’ve shopped with this brand several times , the shipping is always fast to Spain, love their product design which is constantly updated. Return and reimbursement process was always super fast - this is also something that I appreciate as it permites to buy a new item without waiting for the money to arrive for days

Update: contacted customer care advising that their online return process is broken. They replied that it’s fixed now. Checked - fixed but no return label yet.
Overall a very daunting process

For a brand with $$$ prices they have an atrocious returns process. Spent €500 on an order and need to return an item.
Instructions on the website are WRONG. Tried to contact customer care
Customer care email on the GERMAN web site goes to the ITALIAN customer care team.
Waiting.

Cliënt service not existent. Not reachable via phone nor via email. Phone number is not connected. Tracking code not valid. Unacceptable

We buy clothes of € 250,- and after 2 times washing the colors where gone! Very bad quality and service. They have no good solution and do not buy something there!

Express delivery: “Delivery within 24 hours.. After collection by courier from our warehouses.”
And when is the collection by courier?
The site also claims orders placed before 14:00 would arrive within 24hrs.
Ordered yesterday and paid extra for express delivery, no progress in my order yet. I’d atleast expect a shipment notice by now.
I don’t want to be a Karen, but i wouldn’t have paid for express if time was not an issue.
Update: about 30 min. after writing this i see they changed my delivery to standard. No communication, no reply to my mails, no refund of express fees, NOTHING.
I requested a cancelation now, i don’t recommend this company.

Very fast delivery, good quality. Have bought online twice, sizes for pants vary from skirts. Shirts and blouses fit perfectly, true to size. Shoes are a bit tight on toes... I have wide feet..
