Either theft or very very bad service
I am so upset with Paul Adams Fine Wines - ordered 3 bottles of rather special wine and while I received a note there was an issue with getting supply, there has been absolutely nothing further. They have made no attempt to contact me, have ignored all emails and so I can only assume this is some form of organised theft. I fully understand that there can be supply issues with some wines but the response should be to make contact to offer alternatives or to discuss other arrangements you don’t simply take the money and abscond. I see they supply through Vivino too which is a problem in itself. John

I recently ordered wine
I recently ordered wine. While I did receive the usual automated order confirmation, nothing happened after that. I have tried to contact the company by phone and email multiple times - no response. I hope I will get my money back from the credit card company in due course! Proceed with care!
