I love Paula’s choice products. I ordered and my order was missing a product. I called and they were able to resolve it with ease and sent a replacement.

They have great products and effective.

I have been buying Paula's choice products from the very beginning , when it was called Paula's select and Paula Begoun wrote books and sold big sizes of products, also make up . I have learned so much from her. Lately I cannot recognize the company, I know she sold the company and I do still use some of the staples. The products are now very expensive, and there are so many that it gets confusing. Paula at the very beginning she used to praise simplicity.I still use some of their products that are staples for me, but I am also buying from other companies now.

They are cruelty free, not overly expensive. They are effective and provide great information about their products.

Great products , great service.

I sent in a request for a prepaid label to return product that leaked in transit. The request was sent on the Saturday before Christmas. I didn’t think I would receive a response before the holiday. Not only did I receive a response two days before Christmas, but they are sending me new product and I do not have to return the damaged item. Merry Christmas and thank you Paula’s Choice!

Customer service is also top tier

I received a sizable order but one item was missing. I contacted Paula's Choice through their chat box, which turned it into an email since PC was closed when I reached out. It took a couple of days but I received a friendly and professional email that a new order had been placed for me to fulfill the missing item. I appreciate their excellent customer service system and that they will complete my order at no cost to me.
