The order confirmation stated an estimated delivery time of 5–7 days, which was the main reason I felt comfortable placing the order. However, after the order failed to arrive within that timeframe, I later discovered in the small print that delivery could take up to 30 days. This feels very misleading, as the prominent estimate suggests a much shorter delivery window.

What made the experience even more frustrating was the lack of communication. When I contacted customer service, I was told that someone would call me back with follow-up information, but that call never happened.

Overall, the difference between the advertised estimate and the small print, combined with the failure to follow up as promised, left me quite disappointed with the service.

Really knowledgeable staff. Wasn’t sure on the best material for my garden. Got some great advice over the phone, delivery received in a few days and looks great. Just in time for some nicer weather!

Ordered product on the 19th December.
Delivery agreed with 3rd Party supplier for 6th Jan.
Delivery day came and went.
Chased up Pavingsuperstore but just said the order had got lost.
Finally delivered on 21st Jan.
Half products arrived damaged.
3rd Party Supplier agreed and refunded Pavingsuperstore.
3 months on i have still not recieved my refund

Great company to deal with and excellent service, we’re delighted with the finished product, it looks amazing 🤩 I thoroughly recommend the company and the product I bought from them.

Do not order from this company, they took my order a month ago and still have not received anything, they just pass the order onto Marshalls paving who them proceed to give delivery dates and never turn up (twice). Do not use, you have been warned

Slabs ordered 31st Dec, '4-7 working days delivery', ended up cancelling 4 weeks later on 29th Jan after excuses over delays and being told 'any day now' more than once. Told refund would be back within 10 working days, also a lie as that date has now passed. Just been told it will be another week but if you look at other reviews online this is not abnormal behaviour from them. Have opened a dispute with credit card company to recover the funds.

I ordered the same slabs from a competitor and they arrived in 4 days. They're either dishonest or just incompetent.

Ordered paving over 2 weeks ago. Endless phone calls met with promises that weren't met. I'd never use them again

Kevin was amazing. He guided me around the web site helping with the products and splitting of packs etc. Later he helped us set up a trade account (which we already had!) saving us on the price.

Order came on time and in great condition
Whole process was easy to go through with very knowledgeable and helpful staff
Will be using again on my next garden project

Great price, there was a bit of a hiccup with the delivery but it was sorted out quickly

Avoid this company at all costs. This has been the most infuriating order that I have ever dealt with. I wish I had read the reviews on here before realising what a mistake I'd made.

Ordered goods for a specific date, only for the delivery driver to make no serious attempt to deliver paving blocks. Subsequently requested a refund, that I have now been chasing for a month.

Despite numerous emails and calls chasing this. They keep giving me the 'this will hit your account this week' line. It appears that they think people will eventually give up trying to get their money back. Criminal!

Will now have to go through my bank or legal channels. Has been very stressful.

Awful company. Avoid.

My order was due to be delivered on a set date. That date came and I had no update so contacted PS and was told they had 'fallen out' with their courier who had the stock held. They were arranging delivery from another supplier and it should be with me on another set date and they would confirm.

These dates have come and gone with no confirmation and no one able to tell me the delivery date so we're 2 weeks after the order and I have no idea when this is arriving. I wish I had read the reviews first and avoided.

Unsurprisingly the order has still not turned up despite being promised today. If the people at paving superstore are still confused by my negative review I'd be happy to provide clarification if they'd like to call. But I'd guess that is unlikely to happen.
Some slabs arrived but they are nothing like what I ordered. Wrong sizes, wrong product. Absolute joke of a company.

I called up just before Christmas to see if I could get some slabs before the New Year. They got it all arranged and it arrived on the 29th. Will definitely use again for my driveway

I’m still waiting for a refund after 8 weeks! despite countless e-Mail’s and phone calls. They just keep giving me false promises. It Looks like other reviewers have had similar experiences. Is it time to get trading standards involved? I hate to think how many times this behaviour goes un noticed.
I’m a professional landscaper, and have never been treated like this by a supplier before.

I ordered a 4m diameter sandstone circle in Sept 25. I was delighted to find one so large and affordable. They easily handled there being a different billing to delivery address. I ordered during a sale so there was a delay in delivery but they kept me informed throughout the wait. However, the most impressive thing was that, having mentioned I am disabled, they went above and beyond to find a courier willing to take the paving by hand down my side alley to the back garden (for a modest additional cost). I haven't had the circle installed yet but I have rarely come across a company who have gone to such lengths and been so kind and considerate throughout the process.

A very poor experience in my case.
It felt like we were being stringed along all the way through this transaction. At first the slabs were in stock, then they weren’t. Next they were being transported from India and would dock at Southampton, then they were in a warehouse with no release or a delivery date. So after more weeks we finally asked for a refund. Told that the monies was being processed, after another week they were chasing accounts. Then waited a further week after that and still no refund or response to another email, we finally decided to contact the credit card provider for the full refund.

We had an unexpected delay on our pavings which required several emails and calls to Kevin. He dealt very quickly and efficiently with my correspondence, always returned my calls and his email replies were always helpful and prompt. We have got our pavings now. Many thanks Kevin

Absolutely awful company to deal with. Ordered one pack of paving which stated 5-7 day delivery. 10 days went past and they couldn't even give me a date for dispatch. Switched to an alternative product which they said was available next day. Didn't arrive on the agreed date. Being fed up with the awful customer service I decided to cancel the second order as I had faith they would deliver anything in a reasonable time frame. Anyone I have had communication with is either dishonest or completely clueless. I am no awaiting a refund on both orders which they say has been processed but are refusing to send me written confirmation of (very shady). Judging by other reviews it looks as though I could be waiting quite some time for these refunds to come back to me. I really wish I had checked all the reviews before ordering from this shambles of a company, this is clearly not an isolated incident. Do not let the professional looking website fool you. This is quite clearly not a company to be relied on when needing materials for a project.

Follow up….funny how in your reply you say my refunds have been processed but yet I am still waiting for the much larger one! This is exactly the reason why my “scathing” review was entirely fair. I have never dealt with a company like it.

Very good selection to choose from online and my order was delivered fairly quickly.
