The sales rep/co-owner was very polite and nice. I had a lot of questions, and she answered each one promptly. The wrong flavor was shipped, and she shipped me the correct one immediately, not requiring me to send the fist bottle back.

Excellent products and service. Dog drying towel is well made, a great fit for our Springer and Cocker Spaniel and super absorbent - protects the furniture and our legs very well from wet dogs! And keeps them warm too!

I am very happy with the dog drying towel. It fits comfortably,and absorbs the water efficiently. Just the job to protect the house from wet dog, and dry them off quickly.

Better than expected! I bought the dog bed for our spaniel and I’m not disappointed. I was a bit dubious as most dog beds are really poor quality and she’s had an Orvis bed for years which was very good.
This bed is really good quality. It’s well padded, firm with a bit squishyness for comfort. I like that the covers are removable to allow washing.
Size wise, our spaniel is in between a cocker and springer, the size Medium is perfect for her.
All-in-all, a very good quality bed and very good value! Arrived quickly and customer service is brilliant!

I have a French bulldog X pug/boxer/King Charles Cavalier spaniel. He has a broad chest and is very strong.
I bought the PAWS Elite dog harness for him and I'm really pleased with how it fits him and allows me to control him with a D ring front and back. He has a tendency to jump up at people if he can smell treats, so the handle on the back is very handy. Metal clips are nice too.

Bought a collar and it was really good quality. I expected it to be of a lower quality for the price when comparing to pets at home. Really presently surprised would definitely buy off them again

Cannot provide a review on the product as it still has not arrived. Been waiting for two weeks for the product to arrive. Items from China have arrived way faster than this item.

This was a perfect for my dog he suffered for the last week and he's not here anymore 😢 he passed away yesterday night so we are so thankful for helping him with this pain.
