Paw Sko Holbæk Megacenter.
We waited over 15 minutes for someone to help us and when we finally went to an employee and asked if there was someone to help us and explained that we needed some help and had been waiting for over 15 minutes, she was extremely rude to us and acted like she didn't want to help us at all - honestly, very typical of the service (or lack therof) in Denmark.

Thank you for your comments and evaluation. I will pass it to the store, but please let me excuse for the impression you have. I can only answer on behalf of our staff and store in Holbæk, but not for Denmark in general. I know that the day has been very busy for the team, because of our campaign and quite many customers. On a general basis we love to help the customers. I can ad that we hope to have another possibility to show you that this was a one-time-experience.

Best customer service

They helped me find the email receipt of my shoes, and because they were defective, I returned them after half a year of use and got refunded. One of the best customer support I have experienced!

Paw sko Lyngby was appalling

Paw sko Lyngby was appalling. Despite saying three times that I was not interested in one brand of shoes, I was wanting a leather boot for my child, the sales woman completely ignored me and insisted on one single pair of shoes. Moreover the shoe that she kept insisting on was not for a child with narrow feet, even though I specifically questioned it. It felt like she was definitely only interested in selling the most expensive pair of shoes to me no matter what.
