Paxum Bank scamer

Hi, Dear friends,
Paxum Bank is a scam, they use our personal data, our identity especially and all the database they collect from us they use to sell it for the purpose of making money, this database with our identities they even sell on the Dark web.
So, for all the trouble you come made I leave you below the address of local public authorities where you can complain about these abuses and criminal activities they do with our personal data.

After going through a thorough review…

After going through a thorough review process for a business account, they have asked for numerous screenshots, details etc about my business which I provided in full and with detail. They then have declined my application and say they can’t tell me why at this time? Terrible company, slowest replies, poor customer support and clearly a bank that doesn’t want business. AVOID

Bad company - May i have my OWN money please

Used paxum for years and now all of a sudden they have started rejecting payments because of in their own words "technical issue" which means after waiting 7 days for my money they make me wait another 7 days which is 5 weekdays and 2 weekend days so in total im looking at a 12 day wait just to see if they fancy sending me my money that i need to live an eat. All because of nothing. They reply slow and never solve the issue and at this point its pretty much a 50/50 if im ever going to see the money i earned i feel so angry and scammed thinking that i may never ever see it because of some seemingly hidden policy against uk based customers that they made up seemingly overnight on feb 1st 2026

Worst Service Ever – Avoid Paxum

Paxum is a nightmare. Their promises of “easy setup” are completely false. I spent over a week providing every piece of personal information they asked for, including ID documents and live facial scans, only to have my account suddenly closed with no explanation.

The verification process is invasive and abusive, customer support is unhelpful, and my money was lost. There is no transparency about how personal data is stored or used.
Do not trust this company. Using Paxum risks wasting your time, exposing your private information, and losing your money.

Crypto paid to Paxum account

Had my crypto money mistakenly paid to them,when I asked my funds into my account they took about 2 weeks to fix the issue,then didn't deposit my funds to my Paxum account they said they sent it back to the depositing address but when the company they said they deposited the refund to contacted me they find out there wasn't any funds paid to their side through that address Paxum sent.i couldn't contact Paxum because my query ticket was closed and I was told they'll not disclose more information before the issue was resolved.

I registered and uploaded documents

I registered and uploaded documents, I downloaded app and I've not been able to log in once, it doesn't recognise my password I have requested a link to reset numerous times and still not recieved one, I've emailed support twice and no reply, Dreadful not impressed, when support don't answer you no you'll have in going issues with them, wouldn't recommend!

Don't waste your time

They will make you prepare various documents over weeks and will reject them for nonsense reasons like the document is not original (The bank sent me the document via their official email, of course it's original).
After weeks of rejecting documents from three different Banks, I ran out of documents, so I included a screen recording of how the document is original and straight from the Bank email and sent it to support.
My verification status went to "In final verification", I thought oh great finally a real human looked and understood how broken their verification system.
Nonetheless, all my documents are original, and I don't have any criminal or financial bad records - normal freelance photographer.
Maybe they got something against Israel, I don't know.
Paxum and Paxum Bank have hundreds of 1 star reviews about address verification and they are still sure their verification system is not broken AF. It's interesting how many million dollars they lose a year with their stubborn, ignorant way of working.
I humbly even invited them to go over video call and show them all documents and help them fix what's wrong in their verification system - Nothing.

End of story - verified with the same document in Cosmo and Skrill in less than 3 hours with zero issues, lost a costumer who can pay only with Paxum.

Paxum don't reply that you're a serious regulated business that has to obey the rules bla bla bla your automated response - Cosmo, Skrill, Binance,Bybet, Us Embassy, Thai Embassy and 3 Israeli Banks are all regulated companies that have to obey rules as well:
YOUR VERIFICATION SYSTEM IS BROKEN AND YOUR'E LOSING MONEY DUE TO STUBBORN APPROACH

Easy sign up process and very lovely informative staff. However the verification process does take quite a while. Still waiting for my verification even though all documents have been approved after a week. However once again the staff are lovey and do their best to keep you updated.

They accept Egyptian passport as an ID for verification but not an Egyptian utility bill or bank statement, claiming it's written in Arabic and that they don't understand Arabic ..., well , if in that age of tech miracles , they can't translate and read the original documents in foreign language , then for sure, it's better to keep my money away from them . Besides, I can't change how cooperations work in a whole country to satisfy your fancy needs .

Legit the worse banking experience in…

Legit the worse banking experience in the world and outrageous fees. They’re basically scammers and thieves at this point and already stole $200 from me. They rejected 4 of my wires without reason even though I filled in all my info. Customer support is useless and will just repeat what you already know

It took them 21 days to return my money after they stole the wire fees and it takes about 1 week to wire out the money and another week if they return it and that’s best case scenario

They are not professionals at all and very lazy. They have all the customers info and banking but don’t want to help and just collect fees. An email took 10 days to reply back and. I had to call customer support twice

No wonder they’re located on an island. Cause if they were in usa or Europe. They be locked up or arrested
