Everything is perfect for me, ease of use and access to services, regularity of payment updates (pending profits) and once a month (available profits) to withdraw with a multitude of methods.
Which I just did with 2 of them.
Also one of the best payback rates on the market.
I highly recommend PAYBACKFX.

I registered to paybackfx on oct 1st in the morning. In the afternoon, my dashboard showed a profit amount. However, on oct 2nd, my dashboard did not show any updates. I then ask the customer support asking explanation. However, i did not received any responses.

On oct 3rd, my dasboard page still does not show any updates. Again, i sent them email asking for explanation. However, up until now, i have not received any responses from them.

You have very bad customer service. people are already complaining, you either ignore them or you reply very late or doesnt reply at all.

Ive been to a rebate system before, and payments were processed very fast, some even in a day, but you guys make it MORE THAN A MONTH TO BE PROCESSED. Alot of people already told you about this problem, and yet you are ignoring them.

I have used PaybackFx for 3 months and the interface is easy to use and does what it promises You get cash rebates from the commission your broker charges you. Withdrawing money out is easy. Will recommend it to other traders.

The platform is easy to navigate, with a clear dashboard showing my cashback earnings. Everything was transparent, and I felt confident using their service.
I had a few questions before receiving my payment, and the customer support team was quick to respond and very helpful.
Overall, my experience has been excellent, and I highly recommend PaybackFX to anyone looking to earn cashback on their forex trading. I’m looking forward to continuing using their service!

They don't pay me. They said that my trade is only gold, so there is no rebates.
In their website don't say that.
I thinks paybackfx is SCAM.
Byeeee.... I will use another company to get rebates...

Well this is the very first time I am able to get a rebate and I owe that to you. Really most of our brokers doesn't make it obvious on their app so traders can get their rebate after trading. Once you confirm your ID, payment is immediate. I received the money in PayPal. I also use Tickmill as a broker, and it offers one of the highest rebates. Something that catches my attention is that I verified that this company is part of Mybookfx. Thank you!!

First month , correct payed, 2nd time and almost month past, and still no rebates... after contact, always the same... bank delays .... but if this was my bank, i switched already

One of the worst rebate services you could ever choose. I fell for their almost 100% rebate claims, and it was a huge mistake. Initially, you might receive more than what's mentioned in their broker rebate PDF, which makes you feel happy. However, after a few trades, they start to trap you. They delay updating your trade data, sometimes by 48 hours. For example, if you trade on Monday, it might get updated the same day or the next, but soon you’ll notice trades from Wednesday don’t get updated for days. They cleverly separate trades with their so-called trade tickets and carry over previous day’s tickets to the next day, forfeiting the main profit you earned.

When you notice this and email them about the issue, don’t expect a reply for at least 100 hours. When you do get a response, it’s a templated apology asking for your account statement. After sending the statement or screenshots, you’ll wait another five days for them to say they’re forwarding your case to their handling team. Ultimately, nothing gets resolved, and you potentially lose all the money you actually earned. If you’re still considering going with them, take a moment to rethink your decision!
