This has been a very disappointing and stressful experience.
I have been trying to resolve an issue on my account with Chris, but there has been a consistent lack of communication, urgency, and follow-through. Multiple attempts to get answers have led to unreturned calls and no clear resolution.
Situations involving finances should be handled with professionalism and accountability. Unfortunately, that has not been the case.
I will be taking further steps to resolve this matter.
Just a monthly online farce and should (will) be binned .
Have been with my current accountancy firm for many years but since they have moved the payroll to Paydashboard and refuse to go back to the old simple system that was understandable and worked for this online farce it is the main reason I will change to another firm .

really terrible customer service, spans on for years, no ownership to even try to listen to customer feedback or actual needs
poor record keeping, changes in management no handover of issues, and months (and no years go by without any resolve) but happy to put prices up for a service do not need and clients do not find user friendly at all

Owners of companies please don't swap to this rubbish.

The product is good but that's the only thing
The product is good. The technical support used to be good but now it is hard to talk to someone and when you email support it is days until someone gets back to you. Once they have signed you up it is downhill. The worst thing is that they charged me twice for set up in April/May and after several emails, providing proof, and after 8 weeks, I have still not been refunded the £239.28 they owe me. I have also requested monthly invoices which they still do not send me.

Customer support is patronising and lazy
I run a small company, my books payroll etc are done by an accountancy firm. My accountants chose to use pay dashboard. Each month I log in to get the pay slips, it's all I have to do. Each month I have to reset the password in order to log in. I have raised this with customer support and receive patronising responses that insult my intelligence; including flat denials that what I have experienced simply isn't happening. There is no effort to actually see what is going wrong. I am an IT consultant, an expert witness who has given evidence in multi million dollar disputes. I am not stupid, I know how to enter a user name and a password, how to clear a cache, etc etc. I am now actively trying to persuade my accountants to stop using this system.

So easy, plus great support
I applied for a mortgage last May and was able to send my mortgage broker my payslips really easily. I also had password issues that the Support team helped me with right away.

Very clear on the Tax codes
Very clear on the Tax codes, easy to log in and understand the breakdown. Was very useful with a conversation with HMRC.
Much prefer this to the praying for an email and losing it a week later to junk.

Shocking Company will hold all your information but will not let you log In to view this information. This is terrible you cannot view wage slips. They get back and send link after link, and they tell you to contact them, but still cannot log in.This is a serious problem and needs to be sorted ASAP

contract terms are excessive, and not made clear
have been trying to rectify a matter and have found them unhelpful, and i have had to chase even when promised a response

Can’t view my payslips
Can’t view my payslips, yes I’ve had emails from various employees, but this has mr solved the problem, go round and round in circles, I understand from my fellow employees have the same problem, the soft ware is rubbish, I can erase all old passwords even on my settings, give new password after saying I forgot, try new password, then nothing, oh, it might lock me out after trying too many times, may I timing paydash they have a legal requirement to supply this information!

View Payslip page is useless - need to download to see the payslip. Also has Adverts everywhere.
My company has just switched to PayDashboard and It is totally useless.
It keeps telling me I have a non standard Tax Code "I KNOW, I've had one for years" There seems to be no way of making it go away"
I also had to read (or at least click on) 28 separate Guidance notes most of which would never be of use to me, and several of which the website should know couldn't be relevant (e.g., "Are you paying too much NI?", I no longer pay NI so why may me read a document about it?
The "View Payslip" option only shows "Gross Pay", "Deductions" and "Net Pay" (with an advertisement after the first two pushing "Net Pay off the bottom of the screen, making it necessary to scroll down to find it. For all three it is necessary to click a button to get the actual details and the "Gross Totals to Date" (when you click to display them) are displayed a s black on a medium-dark blue background making them extremely hard to see.
The only way to actually view a proper payslip is to use the download option and look at the PDF.
The whole site seems to have adverts that are impossible to get rid of.
Extremely unimpressed!
