terrible, beyond terribe. I do not know where to start to explain! scamming their own customers, refusing to answer your support requests! yes correct! they do not answer. they only answer to some questions they want and it feels safe to answer.

I made a "TEST" purchase with paymentwall on my store. I repeat. ( I made a TESTTTTT purchase) on my store and it went through!
Guess where? order submitted but money never reflected on my account balance!!!!!!!
I just refund and reversed it through my Bank.

In the world of current digital consumption ANY online marketplace should be doing all they can to make their customers shopping experience as smooth as possible, from a customer finding a product to the final order fulfillment/delivery. As such every time a customer has to stop or jump through any additional steps to purchase anything is a point of time where a customer may decide "I don't actually need this" or "This is too much work"
This is where, and why, Paymentwall (And their subsidiary Terminal 3) is a terrible platform for a payment processing service. To block customers and then ask for personal identification documents before the payment can proceed is basically asking for said customers to take their business elsewhere, which only hurts the companies that try and use this service.
Worse still it does this on-top of already used and trusted secure payment services like Paypal and major bank that already do 2 step verification to confirm that the customer is the one making the purchase.
My experience was running into this was when I was attempting to purchase in-game currency for an online game (Black Desert Online), of which the game's cashflow RELIES on the purchase of in-game currency. Thus I am curious how much money Pearl Abyss' has lost due after starting to use this service.
I try to open professionnal account since two month. I never never saw a company to prevent to received money from their customer. They asking for million of document. I lost a lot of money. I so desappointed. If you can don’t choose this company.
They required a lot of documents to register as a merchant. Not only id but unnecessary stuff like report from the bank, an example of electricity bill, etc. Also, they required to sign a tax document and make test integration in the site. It took almost 2 weeks for us to slowly fulfill their requirements. After that, we received a month of silence. They responded only once with a template message on my question about progress.
As I see according to other comments they just collect people's documents and use them for who knows what way.

They want a copy of my ID for a $10 payment! I didn't even know this company until I had to use it for a small payment. I find it suspicious that they want to collect such data from everyone. High risk of identity theft.
A vendor that used Payment Wall did not fulfill its promises. Payment Wall responded quickly and friendly and contacted the company of which I bought a service. Payment Wall came up with a satisfying solution. I can recommend this payment provider as a satisfied customer.

I had a problem with doing online payments for a few days and finally find their email address as no one seemed to be able to help. Within a short while i got a reply from paymentwall and they kept replying to every email until my problem were solved within hours. They were patient and friendly and assisted me to finally be able do do a payment. Thanks guys you are amazing!!!!!!

Good company, using it for months now. The only two bad things about it are
1) the big commission
2) the delay for payout
but the service it self and customer service are very good.
After I applied for a refund, the refund did not arrive. Moreover, I was blocked from purchase because fraudulent action. I have communicated with the customer service for many times and sent the required documents to them in DIFFERENT WAYS for MANY TIMES. But they just simply pretend that they can't open the documents and unblock me. I'm really fed up with these scammers and have now decided to tell my experience.
