Ordered food on zomato & applied cashback coupon but did not received cash back, chated with customer support but its totaly worst to chat, not received any support

Customer service don’t understand the issue. And the auto bot for chat is useless.

This is the reason paytm is loosing customers due to bad service.

Bad customer care number and pollisi

I booked train tickets they deducted the money twice from my account and after great struggle of reaching the customer executive they refused to refund the amount even though they admitted that it is their technical issue. Totally unacceptable, unaccountable they started blaming IRCTC for this even though they are the agent and executives are lazy. I tried sending them multiple mails even to their cyber cell yet no response at all. Worst company. frauds.

Paytm customer cafe is pathetic and they care number 0702-901-1320 do not have skills to resolve customer queries and they are not bothered about customer satisfaction.
Careless and irresponsible.

Still waiting for my refund since 1 month

I have unsubscribed 5 times from their spam emails but they continue sending me Costco awards that are fake so I’ll click their link. How can anyone do business with a sham company such as this is beyond me. Vijay Shekhar Sharma is the owner and should be ashamed of the tactics his sham company uses.

Horrible customer service with regards to timing and issue resolution. Reward used to be great, which made the app acceptable to use, but now the rewards are trash and the app is worthless.

I would like to give 0-star but not possible. Poor service. No reply from mails. Even have to wait a long time to connect with customer care. I have booked a flight ticket and it was cancelled by the company, So I applied for a refund. It's been more than 4 months but still, I am waiting for my money.

Poor service (Travel)

For the past 4 months I have been following up with Paytm for a refund on my flight tickets that I had booked on Paytm. Owing to the lockdown last year and the regulation issued thereafter, passengers were allowed to claim for refund. Initially I followed up with the airline (Air India). After having a written confirmation from them that they have processed the refund from their end and that it needs to be now looked after by the travel agent (Paytm). I must have made atleast 7-8 calls at the customer care and have spoken to the escalation manager twice. Every time they re-assure you that the money will be refunded only for you to follow up with them again after 10 days. This is the most inconvenience I have faced by a company.

Extremely unprofessional, unethical and irresponsible company. I bought digital gold from them. I want to set a nominee but they don't have a process. Working with them from past one month but all I received was zero commitment and pure lip service. Requested PayTM CEO on twitter to help as he sent out a tweet claiming that one can get CEO level support at PayTM but I received no support even after multiple tweets. PayTM customer care closes tickets without providing resolution - be it tickets at PayTM app or ones raised at India's National Consumer Helpline. Overall, very poorly managed customer care who can't even address your name properly leave aside addressing the issues.

Fraudster & Cheaters run this business. Fake commitments and fake cashback offers. Don't rely on their cashbacks those are nothing rather they will deduct more money.

Worstapp, never buy anything from it, they have no respobsibility to deliver it correctly and even its delivered there is high chance for it to be fake. I had ordered dome item thatnever received as i waited for months, also make sure you dont pay money cozz it happened for me that they said it is delivered but never received.
