I paid a retailer via Vyne for a product which turned out to be faulty.. after returning the product the retailer kept fobbing me off regarding my refund saying they had already refunded me. I contacted Vyne directly to see if they had visibilty of the refund and from that point on things became a lot easier! I had zero expectations that Vyne would help me regarding the refund part (all I asked was if they had visibily) and yet they contacted the retailer multiple times on my behalf.. which resulted in the refund finally being issued on the retailers end. Instantly appeared in my bank account (no 3-5 delay with Vyne).
I'm just so grateful they stepped in.. they didn't have to.. it wasn't their job!
Thank you so much again! I will 100% be using Vyne payments in the future.. absolute heros !

The system looks good but it's pretty useless. I tried it with two different banks. Halifax and Monzo. Both threw up problems and gave false positives. It's frustrating, worrying and frankly embarrassing when you want to make a 5 figure purchase.

Have been using Vyne for months now to place my regular orders via The Hut Group, including MyProtein/MyVegan, and other subsidiaries in the e-commerce space.
Paying via the Vyne option is secure, safe, efficient and effective and connects me directly to my bank for authorisation without me needing to input my details or remember my passwords (which is always a bonus and makes life easier!)

I’m impressed at the level of security and the speed of the connection/transaction.

Let me tell you,

If you need an issue resolving ask for Darren.
A dodgy company tried to keep nearly £400 and Darren + Vyne sorted it for me with 24 hours.
What a guy when he didn’t need to go out of his way. Brilliant

Not sure whose fault it was Vyne or the bank but ultimately Vyne need to sort it out!

Tried to pay a five-figure sum for a car deposit using a link the garage had sent through to use the Vyne Payment system. Followed the instruction and the payment was declined owing to going over a payment threshold! It was a car the sums involved are often going to be large!

I had purposefully transferred the correct funds into my bank account, so the deposit could be paid, so when this failed it created a problem with the garage!

I really don't understand why this is any better than paying using online banking, which is what I had to do in the end anyway!

Just because it is new don't always mean it is better!
