I placed an order with PCA Blanks and it was a nightmare from start to finish. Not only did they fail to deliver on time, but when I contacted them about the missing items, the response was rude and aggressive. Absolutely unacceptable customer service.
When the products finally arrived, the quality was far below expectations – poorly made and not fit for purpose. I will never order from them again and strongly advise others to look elsewhere for reliable suppliers.

2 months waiting on an item still not dispatched let alone received order value £200 .
You politely contact them for an update or explanation as the item should have arrived in 14 days. So you get either no reply, a very rude reply telling you its not their problem with no resolution or told you are bein to keep just waiting indefinitely its now 2 months and apparently not in their control not their problem and can give you no time frame for your item arriving to them let alone to you . Also they are too busy and have 100's and 100's of orders to deal with as clearly they take money for high value items don't deliver them keep the money and send out a few low value items to others to appear that they are trading.

Very unprofessional very poor customer service, lack of product but happy to keep the money you pay and keep taking orders they can't fulfill. So this is very suspicious behaviour of a scamming type process.

Constantly posting sales and tik tok lives but not issuing refunds! I will be taking this further and informing the bank as well as trading standards.

If you post on their Facebook groups comments and posts are deleted. Thank goodness for screenshots. What does that tell you about the ethics of this company?

Currently my order has not been sent out and I doubt I will receive it and I have lost £200 of my money plus had to refund and cancel orders I was due to make using the product I ordered.

I ordered numerous items on my first order a few blanks and some uvdtf etc , however when they eventually turned up half the order was missing , which then took lots of emails to find out what they would do about it , also on checking my invoice I found a couple of my uvdtf s missing but was told that it would have to go to an investigation , left it more time no contact from them , won’t be using them again

I’ve only just gotten into sublimation so joined a few groups as was looking to buy a couple of the bigger items …I came across an ad on PCA Blanks one morning offering tumbler presses at what i thought was a great value price . They were offering delivery within 14 days perfect! I ordered on the 8th of August expecting its arrival by the the 22nd of August … sadly that day came and went so I gave it another week and then started to question its arrival … this is where the company tried to change it from and out right purchase to a pre order which they had no control over and it could take hours or weeks to get through customs ! At no point upon purchasing were we informed this … anyway I waited a few more weeks 6 in total and they started turning off communication when people stated questioning as lots were getting uncomfortable by now…. I messaged admin continuously and messaged on the page and was fortunate to get a refund as I paid by clear pay and set a dispute up … as far as I’m aware the item is STILL in customs… please avoid if you want a reliable company with transparent ethics as this was definitely something I learnt this company sadly lacked in abundance

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I placed an order for an item which was £200. On the Facebook adverts it stated 7 days for delivery but allow up to 14. I placed an order. A day or so after new posts appeared advising of a delivery time of up to 21 days. My email confirmation clearly states 14 working days.

I understand the item is coming from overseas and delays do occur. However, there was no formal communication regarding the delays. Only Facebook posts stating waiting to hit customs. No tracking update. Then awaiting clearance. This was 6 weeks ago. PCA showed no proof of any tracking and it was literally there word for it.

After 6 weeks I requested a refund as I needed the product and had to go elsewhere. The messages I received were passive aggressive and quite frankly rude and unprofessional. I was told this was a pre order. That isn't what I understood it to be. Made it sound like they were doing me a favour! And kept referring to their terms and conditions. Advised if i message them again I get bumped down and will have to wait another 2 working days for a refund.Shame they couldn't get their terms and conditions correct on the order confirmation email. Pre orders usually have an estimated shipping time of a few months in my experience. I placed an order in good faith that it would be delivered within 3 weeks.

I was perfectly polite within my messages but the response was passive aggressive to say the least. The company have deleted all Facebook posts and comments with people enquiring as to where their large order is. They posted advising people could have a refund but conveniently that post has been deleted too. Thank god for screenshots!!
They have plenty of time to be making tik toks and advertising clearance sales but not the time to refund customers.

They were deliberately avoiding making the refunds as promised. I opened a dispute with Klarna and my bank also and have finally received a refund.

I understand things go wrong and delays occur. However, it it the way businesses conduct themselves and resolve issues which matter.

I wish I had seen the reviews on Etsy and stayed clear. Ive now been blocked from all there groups! What does that tell you about the ethics of the business! Had they been polite and professional to put this right then i wouldn't of needed to leave this review.

PCA blanks is a fab blanks shop! Everything is always easy to find, qualify is amazing and customer service is spot on, nothings an issue for Darren and his team! Out of all the orders, I had 1 issue and it was sorted within the 48 hours as stated on the Facebook page! I've ordered since and had a perfect experience

Shocking customer service, no communication.
Ordered UV DTF stickers 10 days ago and still havent got it.

Ordered from PCA many of times. Never had any issues. Everything present any correct. Great quality items and you even get a free sweet treat too

Items came quick, they were a like an airup bottle. One has leaked since day one. After emailing them and emails going back and forth for days it was clear they weren’t going to do anything about it. They did say they would get in touch when they had them back in stock, which they have for a while now. I sent many photos and many videos by their request of the bottle but still nothing. Avoid at all costs!

Ordered a few times but this last time wasn’t the best. Reading the terms and conditions seems pca literally take no responsibility for anything. My order was delayed meaning a loss of money for myself as I had to tell my customers I was unsure when my order would arrive. the website says 24/48 hours was around after 72 hours before I emailed even though I paid for 24hr. I emailed they said sorry and would send it out the next day no offer of a refund for the extra I had spent on shipping. I received my dispatch email only to find it had been put on a 48 hour delivery at this point they did refund me but this made me look so unreliable to my customers. rushing to get orders done as well as working full time I hadn’t seen defects in the bottles one I had already personalised. I emailed to be told I hadn’t contacted them in time for anything to be done. my main purpose for messaging was to check I had paid for new bottles and not seconds I wasn’t asking for a refund as it was my mistake for not checking regardless of how busy I was. I understand the company is so busy and we all make mistakes. But maybe just take orders that could be done without the delay I’m a really small little business and don’t get many orders as it is without now having disappointed customers. The date of exp is appox

Products were as described in fact they was better than expecting

I have used PCA for a few years now one of the best out there definitely, parcel arrives super quick and well packaged, minor problem where I’ve had to contact them before but they got back to me the same
Day and sorted it out straight away.
