I dropped my Samsung phone on Easter…

I dropped my Samsung phone on Easter saturday and broke the screen. I went into PC garage immediately after and they ordered me a new screen. Due to the bank holiday we expected the screen to arrive late the following week however, I recieved a call on Wednesday from Imran at PC Garage, and took the phone straight down there. They had recieved the screen and fitted it in three hours. Panic over and great service. Competitive pricing and I threw in a Latte to say thank you to Imran. Would recommend. Thankyou

3rd time lucky?

I put my Samsung A40 mobile phone into this shop and it came back the next day. When it had no sound whatsoever which it did prior to going in, when the battery ran out it wouldn't charge so I took it back again. This time upon collection it had sound for all of about 4hrs although it does charge now. On contacting the shop the man that answered said he doesn't know what's wrong with it and accused me of dropping it, seriously 3 times in as many days? I would not recommend and my phone is still faulty!!!

Laptop got bricked! Full repair!

Laptop got bricked when it died during a Windows update. Wouldn't boot up properly and couldn't use a recovery drive. So I got on the phone to the lovely chaps and they said to bring it in.

2 days later they managed to back up all my work files, replace the faulty HDD and get my laptop back in action!

Very polite, friendly and informative chaps. Did an absolutely excellent job and slightly cheaper than I was expecting too.

Will definitely recommend!

I came to pcgarage with my Huawei p30 pro with dead touch digitiser. I had one month left in warranty but warranty advised me that they will delete my data. as my data was very important specially my pictures and contacts and don't want to loose it, I went to pcgarage to ask them to repair my phone and I am happy to pay the cost of repair as my data is the main thing. I meet saf who said why not checking your google account and see if the data is back-up . he charged me £12 which is there checking and diagnostic fee only and he assist me to check my data. I was surprised to see my all info. can't thank enough .

Avoid PC GARAGE

Mid September I took my laptop charger plug into PC Garage as 1 of the terminals on it had broken. I was sold another charging unit which worked for all of 10 minutes before my computer died. It had worked perfectly before this new unit.

A few days later it was back to PC Garage where my computer was supposedly checked but couldn't be repaired on site therefore had to be sent to London. It was away for a week for a logic board repair, bearing in mind that the computer would not charge I'm not sure this was a necessary repair.

I picked up the supposedly repaired laptop on 25th September, £80 lighter and a further £39.99 out of pocket for a data copy which appears to have been unnecessary as all my data is still present.

When I turned on my laptop on I found the red charging light on and icon detecting no battery, back on the phone, bring it and we'll sort it. It now seems that IC charging unit is defunct, surely this would have shown when computer was being checked initially. So now I have a computer that cannot be used unless there is a power point.

A third party has indicated that the above repair was not all necessary, so I am £119.99 out of pocket and a half useable laptop. NOT HAPPY

I certainly would not recommend PC GARAGE.

These guys were amazing

These guys were amazing! My iPhone screen had been cracked for months and I finally got around to having it fixed. A quick search brought up PCGARAGE . They offered BY FAR the most competitive pricing and they were SO quick. I dropped it off and literally 60 minutes later my phone looked brand new. They were quick, courteous, efficient and cost effective. Highly recommend!
