Sunday night quickest computer fix ever!

Hi, just wanted to say, I called them on Sunday night, after hours and it was late, they answered and spend some time on the phone asking about my problem, I answered what I could and they helped me do some procedures to reboot and clear the cashe and there it was ... it was working again and I could go to the site with my username and password and they didn't even take payment because it was a quick fix. That was just great.
