go for it!

I have purchased many items from them. i have not had any problems. with that said the nature of the refurbished/overstock items they sell is such that once in a while you are going to get a bad apple. I have had to return an item that i ended up not using, but it was not a bad experience, and i was aware of the restocking fees.

Laptop doesn't work

We ordered a laptop in Sept. 08. It was dead on arrival. After several calls we had to send it back to them. They replaced the motherboard and sent it back to us. They said they installed a "complimentary" copy of Windows XP on it. It worked for about 3 weeks and the <window root> system 32/hal.dll filed came up "missing or corrupted". Again another call. I was told I would get a call back. I didn't. I called again and was told to go buy my own Windows XP. Now I know why they are so cheap. You get what you pay for. Never will do business with them again and do not advise anyone else to.
