Olivia and her team of Paramedics…

Olivia and her team of Paramedics turned up very promptly to me yesterday. They ran all the usual tests, blood pressure, temperature and an ECG .a cannula was applied to my arm and a paracetamol drip put in to reduce the pain. They then transported me with my wife in their ambulance to Worcester Hospital. At all times the three of them, one a student the other also learning were instructed by Olivia who was so professional kind and thoughtful. A very impressive team that were so good and polite, thank goodness for such a fabulous service. Thank you so much Olivia, you are a treasure.
