I configured a high end workstation with PCSPECIALIST and I am very pleased with the process. The information from order to setup to quality control to delivery was timely notified. The machine is a beauty. I have however one observations. The serial number of the mainboard was not provided (besides being printed in the hardware itself, it should be in the box) and I went through several steps to obtain it. This is needed to register the product. Similar with the video card, the serial number should be on the product box and should be provided to the end customer. I understand that PCSPECIALIST has all details of the machine registered in my account in case of service or warranty, but having th serial numbers of the products I purchase is something I expect. I do highly recommend PCSPECIALIST.

during the selection process I needed advise and reached out to them. after 20 seconds I reached a human person and he helped me with my question.
got updates during the manufacturing process and when it was delivered I was blown away with the clean package, straight forward instructions and no hassle, when I had a question in installing my existing harddrive.
price was similar compared to other online pc-companies.
will definately go with them, when I upgrade.

I made high end PC without graohics cards because i hat 2 that I can use, and I can say they did amazing job. Cable management was 11/10. Really good job. I am very satisfied.

I purchased a high-end PC featuring the NVIDIA RTX 5090 (Zotac), but unfortunately encountered a hardware issue where one of the GPU's fans was running at 3000 RPM while idle. After contacting support, Johannes performed several remote diagnostics and promptly arranged a replacement GPU of the same model.

Following the GPU replacement, I ran into another issue with Windows 11 Pro—error messages such as "missing DLL files" appeared. Once again, the support team (Johannes and Ben) responded quickly and provided helpful assistance. Finally now is everything running smoothly.

2nd Desktop I bought. First still working fine after 5 Years of service. This one has even better cable managmenet.

I am very content with PC Specialist in their professionalism and efficiency. Since ordering all through to actually using my product, the whole process has been very pleasant experience. The site was so eazy to navigate and the costumers support was professional and friendly, and the gentleman who assisted me went up and beyond to help me, and I really appreciated his help.

I ordered a custom PC rig and am honestly really happy with it. The continuous updates were amazing and the delivery was relatively fast too, even tho there was a bit of a delay, but that was an issue on UPS's side and definitely wasn't PCspecialists fault.
I've had the computer for a few weeks now and it works great! No issues whatsoever and I hope it stays that way!! :)

We bought a graphics workstation for our university research group in Austria. The major headache was getting the correct invoice without VAT, (for a VAT registered business, i.e. the university).

The process for registering a new business customer needs to be a lot more visible, and smoother.

The order was placed on the Austrian PCspecialist.at website, but our secretary was having to negotiate with a Dutch speaker in the Netherlands whose imperfect German was an additional complication when were trying to get correct invoicing.

This whole process should be avoided by having the correct forms on the website, to generate the correct invoice for a VAT registered customer.

Other than that, the workstation itself is good.
The website is very good for (i) specifying components and (ii) automatically checking their compatibility.

We plan to order another workstation from PC Specialist in the new year. Hopefully this time it will go smoothly.

Ordered PC came in perfect condition. Customer support was the asbolute best i have ever seen. Nothing to complain about - 5/5 totally going to order my next system here!

I ordered a Liquid Series gaming PC, with the new 3080 Nvidia card. The ordering process is clear and straightforward, with clear communications on the time needed for assembly and testing. Periodic mails informed me about the status of the order and the progress. The delivery was fast, and I was able to be at home when the parcel arrived due to the mail system of the delivery system.
Overall, I am very pleased by the purchase and I find it really valuable and to be reccomended.
