MS Visio
I requested access to MS Visio on 23 April and received a quote within an hour from Saneet. After receiving approval to go ahead I informed Saneet on Saturday and Visio I installed Visio on my laptop before lunch today. A please to be assisted with competent and efficient people!

As usual first class support from Alex and his team.
I have little or no experience of computer operation and without Alex to be frank I would be lost. Most importantly the support is given rapidly and one does not have to hang about awaiting lengthy periods for the support. 5 star rating

Shocking service, damaged laptop
Steer well clear of this cowboy firm. We put a MacBook Pro in for a trackpad replacement, it came back and the trackpad had not been fitted correctly, it was not flush with the Mac and that was not the worst of things... The bottom casing of the Mac had been damaged, there are various irreparable dents which Alex at Pc Wizard has failed to rectify.
Pc Wizard do not actually carry out the repair either, it was taken to ‘Laptop City’ in Luton, who when I called for a quote, quoted me half of what I had paid Alex at Pc Wizard for my repair...
Absolutely shocking service all round and one I certainly won’t be recommending.

Our original reply to his complaint is below he wasn't happy with the price but still asked us to do it. i have looked at his past reviews he only seems to right negative reviews seems like he wants the job for free and thinks writing bad reviews will get him what he wants.
Hi Max
We have looked at the Macbook in question and can see the damage to the underside, also the trackpad isn’t flush.
When we fitted the trackpad it was flush at the time.
Due to the age of the machine what do not know is the condition the bottom of the laptop was in before we had it, we have also asked all members of staff and cannot think how this damage could have happened. We know you also didn’t collect this laptop and inspect it before it left our office, you had a third party collect it.
However due to not knowing what happened ,we are willing as a good will gesture to get this fixed for you under our guarantee. To do this we would require ordering the parts.
What we can do instead of giving us the laptop right now and having to wait three weeks, if we order the part, which has to come from America, when it arrives you can drop it to us for 3 or 4 working days and we can get this rectified for you.
If you are not happy with this, we can also offer you a full refund, however for obvious reasons we would need the laptop back to us so we can take out the fully working part which we fitted, and you are happy with.
