Bonnie I have ordered a wine pair of these leggings last November and I realise you have since closed down some weeks or months later but I didn't recieve the leggings not at the least a refund of over €40 spent. I emailed you constantly with no reply.

Peaihe.com is a SCAM. They make everything look legit, but it is not. The whole plan is to still your money. They have no intention to ship the item you have purchased. Once you place your order, you will receive (in 2 months) a random stupid item from China, like a 0.99 cents shower cap. Then, once you contact them via email (because their phone is fake), they will lie to you and apologize, and tell you that you will receive the correct item this time in another two months. This is all part of the plan so that the time limit runs out for you to dispute your transaction with PayPal and get your money back. They stole my money! Don't let this happen to you!

It is a total scam! I didn’t order shoes, I ordered leggings equaling up to $200 dollars last August. It’s been over a year and haven’t received my order nor have I received an email despite the countless emails I have sent. I see they are trying to defend themselves here on this platform yet haven’t emailed me nor refunded my money. I do not recommend anyone buy anything from them. They are horrible no matter what they claim to sell!!

Firstly they didn't send me shoes that I ordered and paid for $88.29 and now they are writing that they do not sell shoes but leggin. I have screen shots from all of my shopping steps and email confirming the purchase from these thieves. I send them many kind e-mails asking about my order and never got any respond. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. Look How many people they deceived in the reviews here.

SCAM!! Do not order from here. They told me they don’t provide tracking and that this was “something they were working on” and haven’t replied to my emails since. It’s been months and my order never showed .. because they took my money and never sent anything.

Edit** below they’ve answered saying they closed before February 2021 - yet their website was open and accepted my $300+ in May 2021 for an order. Complete theft.

absolutely awful. i order from them on May 25, 2021, my order was processed, they took my money, and they said my order had been shipped. i have received nothing. i have emailed them 3 times for a refund and still no response. it’s a scam, it’s fake, and i want my money back.

I ordered a pair of leggings on May 4th of last year and still have not received the leggings, or a refund, OR a response to my emails about this issue. I emailed before the shop was closed and after. It has been OVER A YEAR and it is ridiculous that no one will even email you back. This is literally theft.

I ordered from this site over a month but nothing ever arrived. I can't get any response from their customer service email they provide and the website is no longer live. Looks like a scam to me.

Customer service is awful. I needed to exchange leggings and it took 4 MONTHS to receive the exchange. They take forever to respond.

I ordered 2 pair of leggings in november and only received one of them.. I already wrote them several times but never got an answer!

I ordered 2 pairs of leggings back in April of 2020, only partially shipped. I gave them the benefit of a doubt, but still waiting on a reply. Custom service has been horrible with them. I don't recommend getting anything from them

I ordered 2 pairs of leggings back in November and while one delivered I was told the others were still being processed. I haven't heard anything yet after emailing weeks ago and no refund.

It's been more than a year that i order a set from them and i didn't Received my order or a refund. I emailed them many Times in vain they actually robbed me. Terrible costumer service.i had high hope for them but nah... Really dissapointed

UPDATE : Hi, just wanted to say that after I posted my review , the company reached out to me to verify my claim and to give me a refund. I just received the money into my account. they apologized and it was quick and an easy process, I don't know why it wasn't done sooner like that but in the end I have no hard feelings since I got my refund.

This is an awful company with terrible customer service and I feel they are a fraud/ scam.
Everything they do is messy, unorganised and unreliable.
I ordered over a month ago for two pairs of leggings and they have not arrived.
‘Bonnie’ wanted nothing to do with it when I emailed before this review and would not acknowledge that the order was most likely lost since the shipping notification said it had landed in my country and then it just stopped tracking.
It became clear it was stuck in customs after arriving 1 month late but it was discovered that there was only one pair of leggings shipped instead of the two I ordered. The half order came with no labels, receipt or info of how to return, it was clear it was an unfinished order so I’m not surprised they didn’t include the second pair I paid for.

I will have to tell customs I am not excepting the faulty order - everyone needs to know it took a month to arrive and then was faulty.

They have been so rude and once I left this review their attitude changed. They want to flag my review to hide how bad their business is and it’s just ridiculous. I would attach proof by photos to this review if I could.

I asked for a refund and have not received it. I will be taking this to court if they continue to scam people.

Had issues with a return but they helped resolve. Good customer service

Very bad experience with this company!!
First, I had to wait several months for my order and was completely ignored by the customer care team until I placed a negative review on Trust Pilot. The customer care team only then reached out and the package was sent. It was not the pair of leggings I had initially ordered, which she explained and I was told there would be a tummy band included free of charge to compensate for the 6 month delay which was fine. I took down the original negative review as an act of good will after they had made contact.
The package arrived quite quickly after this with no band included, which I really didnt mind. There was a hefty reverse charge however.
Unfortunately, after just a couple of wears, the leggings have now separated at the seams and are unwearable. I have emailed the company and once again, they are ignoring all my correspondence. Terrible customer care and overall bad experience.
