I had a really good experience when visiting this shop. I was greeted by the owner and given direction where to go for what I was looking for. Great advice given and ended up coming away with a lovely Taylor guitar. Before purchasing I was given the opportunity to play it myself and have a sound demo done and given lots of information about the different ranges. Overall really good experience and very nice warm atmosphere with genuine people who want to be able to give you what you’re after. I live out of area and traveled to this store because of its large range and after the experience I had I will definitely be coming back again

Purchased a beautiful Taylor for my granddaughter. Al and George, and all the team are super knowledgeable and friendly to speak with. Would highly recommend Peach Guitars, beautiful store, guitar heaven.

We had booked an appointment in advance and provided a list of the guitars my son wanted to try out. We were met by a nice chap called George who had a lovely manner. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and very patient. Nothing seemed too much trouble for him. He also makes a wonderful cup of coffee! We purchased a new guitar, amp and pedal. He ensured our new equipment was packaged well, and even helped us carry it out to the car. He is an asset for sure. Thank you George. Your time and patience was appreciated.

I've now had my PRS DGT guitar ( bought from Peach Guitars - thank you!) for nearly two months and have played it at band rehearsals and at a gig. I play in a couple of gigging covers/function bands and require a wide range of guitar tones and sounds. This range of tones has been provided by a Gibson Les Paul Standard and a Fender Strat American Standard, which I've been using for over 25 years.
The PRS DGT, which features coil tapable humbucker pick ups, was purchased with the hope that this one guitar could provide both Gibson and Fender tones...so only one guitar to carry.
I am extremely happy and pleased with the PRS. It provides really nice single coil and humbucker tones and certainly can be 'one guitar for everything'. The PRS tones are not identical to the Fender and Gibson tones, but have their own very pleasing and useable flavour. My band mates have all commented on the wonderful tones of the PRS DGT and its gorgeous looks.
As a players guitar, I would rate it at 9.5 out of 10 .... the half mark lost is only because I find the the numbers on the, two volume and single tone, knobs difficult to read.
This is a very expensive guitar and I did try the SE version (built in Indonesia), which costs far, far less ...... but when playing the USA made DGT you can really feel the extra quality in components and the amazing tone of the DGT designed pickups. I have no regrets about this purchase or buying it from Peach Guitars.
On arrival, the guitar had been set up by Peach Guitars and was absolutley perfect. I have made no adjustments to it.

I thoroughly enjoyed the whole process of buying in person from Peach Guitars. I knew I wanted a Gibson semi-hollow, but didn’t know which one. Dermot, the salesperson, set me up in room with a 61, 64, Trini Lopez and a 355. I was offered a choice of great amps, pedals and endless cups of tea and left in peace to play. When I decided on a 64, Dermot found me another 64 in the same colour to compare. I felt no pressure and in the end spent almost three hours making my choice. Every guitar I played was well and consistently set up in store, which really helped in making a choice. Peach is only 45 minutes from my home, but the whole experience is worth a much longer journey. Highly recommended!

Peach Guitars is without doubt the best guitar shop in the UK. From being greeted at the door by the owner, to being extremely well looked after throughout my visit, my recent experience at Peach Guitars couldn’t have been better. The incredible range of products is mind boggling, but the extremely knowledgeable staff are there to guide you. I was set up in a private room, with a coffee, so that I could take my time trying out guitars of my choice. But even though the shopping experience itself is so enjoyable, the best thing about Peach Guitars, which places them head and shoulders above the competition, is the care and attention that they lavish on every single guitar that crosses their threshold. Every guitar stocked and sold by Peach is expertly prepared and set up in their workshop, regardless of price. You simply can’t get any better.

Fantastic guitar shop and well worth the 300 mile round trip to get such a personal service. Got a Taylor GS-mini koa which has turned out exactly what I wanted as well as an enlightening tour of all their different departments.

Purchased a new guitar and a hard case from Peach and so impressed with the set up of the guitar - totally perfect. Great price and carefully delivered. Would definitely recommend.

Second visit yesterday. It's like walking into a guitar cathedral - every time! Awesome. We were met with the impressive 'Peach' hospitality and warmth. We talked about amplification systems with Alan and learned a lot. Following my first visit, Dermot sent me email links to each of the guitars I tried, so I had a record. Revisited a Taylor (at an unbeatable price.) Drank some coffee, talked and played a bit more and headed into town for some lunch. Magical place. Thanks guys.

I had a fantastic experience today at Peach. From the moment I walked in, nothing was too much trouble; and the advice Jeff gave when I was choosing a Custom Shop Fender Strat was great. I bumped into the owner, Alan, who introduced himself and took the time to show me some of his personal guitars and also checked that I was very happy with my choice -a Peach spec’d custom shop Journeyman Stratocaster in sonic blue..
Well done to the Peach team, I really enjoyed the day.

I was looking for a Tayylor 412ce

I have used Peach Guitars for many years. I generally play a guitar before buying it, and have purchased some really nice instruments from them. I am struck, by the fact, that I have never ever, been treated with anything other that absolute courtesy, by people, that never pressurise, but only help as needed. I was recently treated to a tour of their back of office facilities, including seeing the studios where they record their shows, and I cannot get over seeing a beautiful PRS in a studio, that was very light and jaw droppingly resonant. I am now saving hard. Peach are the best of the best.

I can’t wait to go back in a years to make my next purchase!

Super friendly staff - incredibly knowledgable and made the purchasing experience a breeze.

Firstly, I was stunned over the sheer layout of the warehouse, incredible lighting, great grouping of guitars and a very vibrant atmosphere.

I had rocked up with an appointment with a rough idea of what guitar I would like to purchase however had nothing set in stone.

I was greet by several members of staff who were very friendly and was served by an incredibly friendly gentleman called Dermot. He had great knowledge of the guitars and really took the time to go through the pros of each guitar.

The atmosphere was super relaxed as I was able to try out several different guitars in one of there practise rooms.

I accidentally spend 3 hours in the building trying out various different guitars, I honestly lost track of time and a fun purchasing experience.

When I finally came to making the purchase , I was incredibly satisfied in purchase and was sure I had made the right choice in guitar.

Dermots after sales care was top class- reassuring to phone up if I have any problems or any questions. Really focusing on making a human connection.

Couldn’t recommend enough! And have already started saving for my next purchase.

Super knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely passionate! Nothing felt rushed or pushy at all. Just a bunch of guys geeking out on guitar gear! Couldn’t ask for more!

By far the best guitar shop experience I’ve had. Highly recommended, and definitely ask for Al! What a ledge 👌🏻 Got the chance to lay my hands on some fine instruments I’d never dream of getting the chance to play!

So we visited the shop today and at first it seemed like any other music store but then we met Al, what a great person he is, he took the time to show us around the store pulled guitars out for the boys to try along with amps just like music stores used to be and made the trip worthwhile, then we spotted Dermot who used to work in the Gibson garage London but is now working at Peach, we will be returning and hopefully we will have as good an experience as this time, thank you Al for taking the time with us it was a pleasure meeting you and looking around your fantastic store, it’s a guitarists Aladdin’s cave 👍

I drove four hours down from Manchester yesterday with the to try out a guitar I have adored for years and the experience was outstanding.

Walking in, the place looked incredible with wall-to-wall guitars, but I was incredibly nervous. I’ve only been playing for a year (being left-handed put me off for a long time!), and coming in to try out an expensive guitar left me feeling like a bit of a fraud, like I didn't "deserve" to own it yet.

That feeling vanished thanks to the team. Every member of staff I spoke to was very kind, but Alan in particular was amazing. He offered some great words that put me at ease and made me feel completely welcome. It turned what felt like a very big, scary deal for me into a comfortable and memorable experience.

Jeff was also incredibly helpful, putting me up in a lovely practice room so I could take my time trying the instrument. Later, Alan took us on a tour behind the scenes to see where they film their YouTube videos and where they set up the guitars. You can tell they put a massive amount of effort, care, and attention into everything they do. It’s clear that while they are a business, they genuinely care about people walking away with a positive experience and an instrument they love.

My uncle (who has played for decades) and my little brother came along, and they were treated just as well. In fact, the trip was so inspirational that my brother asked to start learning guitar as soon as we got home!

I am now a lifelong Peach Guitars customer. Thank you to Alan, Jeff, and the whole team for making this such a special day.

On Al’s recommendation I’m listening to the truly awesome talents of Stevie Ray Vaughan Live at El Mocambo as I write this review, following another similarly awesome trip to Peach Guitars.
Yet again, the service and buying experience at Peach Guitars was off the scale brilliant and there is simply nowhere else I’d want to go.
As well as Al’s warm welcome and his contagious enthusiasm for great guitarists (e.g SRV, which he shared today), the service provided by Glen was absolutely first class, so a very big thank you to Glen. It was great to see Jerry and Jeff again, always a pleasure.
