I would give a negative if I could. ordered 2 weeks before Christmas, did not received notification it had shipped, contacted company, told them to cancel finally after alot of run around and they FINALLY shipped New Years.
Crap product received, NOTHING like the picture, website states returns accepted if you contact the company within 45 days. At first it was information on the order had shipped and delivered. Then they offered me a $2 refund and now (I am still dealing with these crooks) theyve upped it to $6 and keep telling me it will be too expensive to return it to China and they sent what Ive ordered and given me the biggest refund they can.

Worst customer service ever. Canned answers with no way to make a return. Items took months to arrive and they are nothing like the advertised items. Very poor quality. Pure junk. Steer clear of this scam.

Ordered a sweater and received a print on a shirt. Their product is very poor quality only surpassed by their poor customer service. Ask for a refund would told would take a very long time and recommended just keep product. Avoid this company!!!!!!!!!!

I placed two orders for Christmas. This was such a joke! Definitely a Chinese company. DO NOT ORDER THE CRAP THEY SELL. It looks good but it’s a joke.

1. Ordered November 1. Didn’t receive until January!

2. Charged 20% upcharge and the stuff was so bad I threw it away! Over 300.00!!!!

Total fraud, what you are seeing before paying is COMPLETELY different from what arrives at your door. Chqrged $75.00 for an item that I wouldn't pay $5.00 in a thrift store. Absolutely JUNK and fraudulent. PayPal wouldn't do anything about it either. Please please save your money and don't get taken by these scumbag people

I placed an order on December 2nd 2023 for the herringbone sweatshirt. It is now February 5, 2024 and it still has not arrived!!. This was supposed to be a christmas present!! No tracking updates, nothing from this company.

Do not waste your time with this store. My order took months to get here and is cheaply made. Nothing is quality. I spent $79 + shipping on two garments of clothing. The "sweater" is not a sweater. It is a cheap print of a sweater material and the black shirt is completely see through. Customer Service is bots that don't help and will not refund even though the site says free returns.

Absolutely terrible company to deal with and horrible, cheap product. Ordered on December 7 for Xmas gift and product didn’t arrive until January 19. Order stated item to arrive in 7-10 days. Their Website states items are US made but once the order is placed and you wait and wait you realize it all comes out of China. Company provided bogus shipping info several times. Customer service interface is all through their clunky app and you never get a straight answer. Product finally showed up one day and I was too embarrassed to give this extremely late Xmas gift to my husband since products were not as advertised. Quality was not acceptable at all; fabrics were very thin and cheap polyester (see through) and items poorly sewn. Additionally, though I used their sizing chart and even sized up the shirts were too small, Truly horribly products. After going round and round with them for a couple weeks regarding a return and refund, with zero resolution, I disputed the charge on my card.

The quality of clothing is horrible. The return policy is a joke. I had to contact them several times via email to get a response, and they were unwilling to give me a refund. After threatening to contact the Better Business Bureau, they offered me $4 for my $39.95 product.

This company is a scam. I ordered 2 shirts/sweaters for Christmas gifts. They took over a month to come in and the quality was terrible. The shirts were $49 and some change EACH. When I tried to return them because the quality was soooo cheap, I was told they could compensate me a max of $10 (which was originally $5). They are unwilling to do the return at all and are terrible to work with. My husband said he would NEVER wear a shirt that was that awful. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON ANY THING FROM PEAKFOATHER! You will be so sorry.

I bought my husband a very nice looking sweater from this website. It took forever to arrive and when it did, it was horrible. The material is very poor quality and the cut looks like he's wearing a garbage bag. The company will not "approve" a return as they are concerned that I will have to pay a lot in shipping. They have offered me $5 to keep it...

Their advertising on Facebook is fraudulent. You don’t offer free or easy returns. I’m fact, they don’t offer any exchanges or returns. Their clothing is not true to size. My husband wears an XL in all of his shirts, jackets, sweaters, t-shirts, etc. The XL jacket that we received from this company is way too small. I’m have the receipt but they still refuse to refund or exchange it!

I ordered from an ad on Instagram. It took forever to receive one of two shirts ordered. I still haven’t received the 2nd shirt. I have sent several texts to customer service without satisfaction. Im told it’s in route. I ordered on December 2, 2023. I do not believe their products are made in USA. The shirt that I did receive was shipped from Italy!

Terrible company! The clothes are made and shipped from China. Takes over 5 weeks to get the order. The clothes I ordered were too big. Wanted to exchange but they offered me $5.00 US to keep the item. They do not honor what is advertised on the website as free exchanges and returns. The communication with the company is done through a website. No telephone number. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

What a scam! Don't fall for their pictures on Facebook! The sweater finally arrived after 3 months of waiting and juggling false tracking numbers. What a piece of junk. Cheap polyester and absolutely no tailoring. My husband looked like he was wearing a chair slip cover. Trying to get return information but not expecting them to respond or will get a canned fake message.

This company is a complete scam and should not be allowed to do business in the US. And facebook should be ashamed to allow them to be on their site. I ordered a sweater and they tried to charge my card multiple times before I called mastercard and cancelled my card which is a major hassle of course. Three of the charges (for one item) went through so I was charged over $200 for a sweater that was supposed to be about $60. Their website is an elaborate scam of automated questions and you can never actually complain or get an answer. Of all the scams online this one is one of the worst. DO NOT order from this company. It's an offshore scam, period. Now I'm trying to complain and get a response to get a refun and there is just no way to get through their ridiculous elaborate scam website. It keeps taking you back to the same old automated pages. They've figured out how to get into your credit card and make it impossible to fix it for sure.

Order # FOA21347S233154 - My item arrived weeks after it was ordered, so it missed the date for which I wanted to gift it. My disappointment continued when I opened the package. Cheap is an understatement. The fabric that appears in the photo is not what I received. I didn't bother to return because I would be responsible for shipping which would have made the return credit too low to make it worth my while. I should have done more research before ordering from this company. Don't be fooled by the great photos!

OMG! Horrible. Let me state, affirm and reiterate every word of every bad review. Been dealing with their support team since 12/26/23 with NO acceptable solution. $7 USD offered as refund on $130 order. Getting no results, I have returned the items to their factory in Ireland. Their junk is not giftable.

The clothing in the photos look nothing like what you will receive. They come from Romania and are very cheap looking. You try to initiate a return by contacting Peackfoather support and they send you to an online customer service system (non-human) that tells you basically you should keep the items because you have to pay a high shipping cost to return them. You click on Problem Not Resolved and you get this:

"Professional customer service" never enters the chat. So, you can never return an item.

Absolutely horrible fake company. 6 weeks later I gotmy very cheap sweaters. Just horrible. Can't get a refund. Wish I knew this before I wasted 140 dollars. Jerks. SCAMMERS
