Customer service

Placed my order, it was sent quickly but unfortunately the Evri delivery drive was not great and after 3 supposed attempts at delivery there was no parcel. I did an online chat with Kahara at Peacocks and she sorted a replacement order for me straight away, hopefully our usual Evri driver is back from holiday and we get the paecel

Zero stars if I could

Ordered some items in December. Paid in full including delivery. Only part of my order was delivered - the cheapest item - the rest cancelled, but I still had to pay the delivery. If, when I ordered, the items had been out of stock, I would never have ordered the rest of the items as I couldn't justify the delivery cost for such a low cost item. Contacted customer service, got fobbed off for 4 months. Asked in Feb for them to escalate my complaint as was getting nowhere with the minions. Chased it this week to be told they hadn't escalated, but in any case there's nothing they can do the delivery cost still stands. Definitely lost a customer in me, I will never order from there again and looking at the reviews looks like others have had similar issues with orders not being fulfilled. Shocking customer service, they won't be in business long. I'd avoid at all costs if I were you.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service, went to exchange an item unfortunately the receipt was a few days over their 28 refund policy. Item was still selling in store at full price and visible on display but manager wouldn’t even offer an exchange. What makes it worst this was part of a Birthday present for my 6 year old granddaughter £20 wasted. Won’t be going there again. Next would have exchanged or given credit note.

Consumer law does not apply, apparently

Awful experience returning a faulty product. Manager was rude and accusatory. Said she won’t accept it as she can’t resell as it’s damaged (with the tag, so not worn) Spoke to customer service on the chat which recommended returning to store or posting back. Went back to store and had to “fight” for an exchange reminding them of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Spoke to customer service via email that simply said that I wouldn’t be able to return by post and breaks their policy. And they don’t have to exchange as against policy! Apparently they are above the law.

I ordered something but did not receive the email confirmation, went onto the webchat and Brandon sorted it out straight away as I had accidentally mistyped my email. Brilliant service

Excellent service from Brandon today

Excellent service from Brandon from customer service today.
Surprised to see so many negative reviews BTW, I have been ordering from Peacocks for years and never had n issue with orders or refunds, and their dresses are top quality.

Made me feel like a shoplifter

Made me feel like a shoplifter. They should invest in people who enter their stores not look them up and down and assume they are going to grab something. I have a walking stick so not on. To add to insult, shop assistant said I had such a nice sister. What about me buying something from her store? Doesn't know me but apparently I'm awful and a shoplifter buying a dress.

Sizing has changed - frustrating returns

I recently ordered some tops online to replace old ones, but the sizing has changed significantly - my usual size now runs at least one size smaller, so I have to return them again.

It’s frustrating that I now have to pay two sets of postage fees, since there’s no longer a nearby store, which adds both time and cost.

The customer service team I contacted was not very helpful, simply stating that I would need to go to a store or pay for postage.

I’m writing to warn other customers that the sizing is now very different from what it was previously. Based on this experience, I won’t be ordering from Peacocks again.

Excellent customer service

I ordered some jeans and later realised I had entered the wrong postcode.
I quickly got onto customer service mobile chat as my order was out for delivery. I was informed that this could be stopped and a replacement sent to the correct postcode..
I asked if I could do click and collect and was advised this could be organised.
There was nothing else I needed to do other than wait for an email to say my jeans had arrived at said store
I should like to thank SAKIA for there excellent customer service

On a recent visit to a peacocks store…

On a recent visit to a peacocks store while away from home I purchased a lovely yellow crochet style cardigan
Once I got home I tried it on but alas too big, as I dont have a peacocks store near to my home I was just 5 days over their 30 return policy
Unfortunately the store at Crystal peaks sheffield would not offer a exchange for a different size even though all tags on item were still attached and I still had my receipt
Not very good customer service at all as why would exchanging my item cause them a issue as it could easily be sold along side their other size cardigan as it was still in shop bought condition
VERY VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

I bought a skirt from Peacocks Temple…

I bought a skirt from Peacocks Temple Square, Oxford on 2 March 2026, and it was not good and I returned it the same day, I did not receive the money in my bank account, today March 6 I went to the store and a saleswoman who was chating with friends, not colleagues, was very nasty because I disturbed her after I waited for her to finish the chat ,thinking that she was with a clients I asked the women who were at the corner of the counter in front of me if they were in line they said no, and I asked the saleswoman to tell me that the money was not returned to my account, she got angry and said ,,don't ask me go to customer service", I asked where this is?,, she said she doesn't know .... her friends knew the rules more than she did as a saleswoman ..... I told her that I knew her as a saleswoman at Select a store with big size clothes, in the same of the Temple Square shopping center, Oxford ,and she was just as bad with clients, indifferent to help and she didn't really like to do it, so I asked her name she lough and said,,that she doesn't care if I complain and ,,that next time when I come back to ask abaut my refound£ 20 not sent in my account she will send me to the custom service again " she told it is not her job refounding money . this sarcasm towards me being proud of her friends

Evri said my parcel was being returned…

Evri said my parcel was being returned to Peacocks with no explanation. Contacted Peacocks customer services via Chat and the advisor Sakia quickly told me the parcel was damaged in transit & she could provide a full refund or replacement. Very good customer service from Sakia & Peacocks
