If I could give this company 0 stars I would.
In March 2022 we rented a home they manage through Airbnb (having tried unsuccessfully to rent directly through their website for weeks but they never returned a single phone call). We paid in full for the home in March.
Today, the 21st August, completely out of the blue they canceled saying the owner was selling the home in this 'red hot' housing market so it was no longer available to rent. Except it is still showing available to rent on Airbnb and part of our dates are now rented to someone else. We had purchased season ski passes, arranged travel plans, arranged time off work. It is now way to late to find somewhere decent to rent as our dates fell over Christmas. The management company offered us what could only be as a vastly inferior alternative property which I wouldn't even consider as it looked awful.
It would appear they have decided to rent it for a shorter length of time for more money - quite despicable when they have had our money for 6 months. Their Facebook page shows they have done this before. On that occasion the guests took the alternative accommodation offered and said it was awful and dirty. My family and I were so excited for this vacation as my husband was involved in a very bad accident and this was to be the vacation of a lifetime for us. When asked they could not explain why it was still showing available to rent. And now additionally we are out a lot more money for travel, ski passes etc.
