I've bought from them a couple of times going back 20 years but this time I feel I've been shafted.
Like others, I ordered goods and never received any acknowledgement. You have to pay only by bank transfer, won't accept credit cards or any other method. I sent the money to them and that was the last I heard. You have to notify them when you have paid and they then send the order. Their phones don't work, their mobile is switched off.
They don't answer emails or contact form.

I made a payment by bank transfer as requested and the goods have not been received. I have tried phoning, using their contact form and chat bot on their web site and left text messages, and have had no answer.
The 020 number is no longer being used, just the mobile number.

Awful service. Placed an order on 22nd November, was told 2-5 working days delivery. On 27th November received an email to say its been processed. Numerous phone calls yesterday (finally answered my call) 3rd December for a delivery date and was told they can't process it today as they aren't in that office? and this won't be processed and disptached until 6th December! The guy was not helpful at all!! No compassion what so ever.
Not sure this is even a genuine website! I have requested a refund.

Paid for 24 hour delivery and product took 5 days to arrive - no refund of delivery offered.
Product has changed without any comment on website so doesn't fit the hanging system any more. Cannot speak to any one to get a refund.
No one picks up the phone, emails are unanswered - appalling customer service.

After several emails & whattsap messages I have received no communication back at all....

AVOID this company

Order was placed on the 18th of April. After two emails which were not replied to and two phone calls I finally received my order today the 4th of May with a postage date of the 2nd of May. This was not a special order is was 15 metres of curtain wire plus I paid £4.70 for delivery not impressed.

I ordered & paid for my items on the 6th of December. I didn't receive any acknowledgement from the company that my money or order had been received. I telephoned them with no reply from them. I eventually did speak to someone who told me there was no record of payment although he did say the order was there. I didn't feel reassured but I did receive the goods with the invoice payment date recorded as the 15th December the day I telephoned.

Again really prompt at the start of our time slot.

We installed the Clip Rail system in our new house and it is absolutely wonderful; allows you to change your hanging with no problem at all. I needed additional hanging wires and ordering on line was quick and easy and came very quickly. Highly recommend both Peak Rock and their products.

Fast supply, and products as ordered. Delivery cost relatively high.

You should ship to Puerto Rico as you did before.
I had to ship to Vt to get items fwd to me afterwards.

The picture hanging system was perfect and really solid. It arrived the day after I ordered it too - excellent!

Standard postage rate of £9.99 was too high for the small amount of objects I purchased. The D-rings were supplied with screws which were too large to be be used with the D-rings in question. Not helpful.

I've bought picture hanging equipment from Peak Rock for many years, but may now go elsewhere. Paul

The products we ordered were not received prior to us going to France for 6 months. They had not been delivered when we returned but Peak Rock investigated the problem and although they thought the problem lay with their courriers no one could be sure after such a long time. Although they didn't have to, Peak Rock agreed to resend the items again as a gesture of good will. I cannot express my gratitude enough and they fully deserve their 5 stars

Exactly what I wanted and prompt delivery.

We ordered over £1,000.00 pounds of items,. but goods delivered to the wrong site 50 miles away, absolutely shocking poor response, a feeble apology but no offer to correct the situation. I had to get the operative to leave site early as he had nothing to do as goods delivered to wrong site and then had to drive 50 miles to collect the delivery.

PEAK ROCK LTD mistake, but we end up paying for it.
