It would not take much for peanutprint to get a five star review from me. But after I paid for 500 business cards and uploaded my artwork I received a series of charmless messages entitled "FAILURE on your recent attempt to forward files". Each time I retried I was told the upload was successful but then received the same FAILURE message. I also emailed the pdf. file to files@fairprint.co.uk but received no confirmation of receipt. I phoned yesterday on 0845 474 0828 to report the uploading problem (on voicemail) and again have received no acknowledgment. Today I called Fairprint in Dundee and they told me that all is in hand despite these messages, that the artwork has been received and is in production. So the proof will be in the dispatch by the May 6th deadline. Thank you - don't let me down!

For some reason the system did not save the correct phone number. I ordered again when the first order was received but this has not arrived nearly two month later. I have phoned and was promised this would be rushed through. Funnily enough the second payment was taken from my bank account very promptly!!!!!!
Not sure how to get my order now.
If this checked, the order number is 6661.

Excellent service, keeping me informed at every stage of the progress of my print work. End result looks fantastic as my leaflets have been printed to the highest quality. Turnaround was very quick too.
I can't fault the service in any way. I'll definitely use again.

OK, it was a cheap little order, just some business cards, but I heard nothing for over 6 weeks.
Plus, when I tried to track down the online order it looked dodgy, different companies names and no clear picture of who to contact. So I gave up and wrote it off, ordered again from another supplier (250 cards free!). They came within days.
Then out of the blue they suddenly started emailing me like I'd just placed the order, and lo. they did eventually deliver the cards as per my order.
Turned out they had an IT glitch and the order was lost for a while. After some correspondence they refunded my money and offered me a discount on further orders. So I have revised my rating to reflect excellent customer service. Just hope they have eradicated the technical issue.

I came across Peanut Print on Wowcher and often when you do these things and THEN you have a question regarding their product or service, you get a short quick reply but Susan, Greg and 'Mrs Peanut' went out of their way to assist me in my efforts to print a small amount of business cards. The size of my order and the fact that i had a voucher didn't mean that their service dropped at all. I'll def be back!

I purchased a WoWcher for double sided business cards paying £8.99 (Claiming to be a huge saving on a bundle worth over £50)
I went to the Peanut Print website as stated on the wowcher (didn't work on my iphone5 had to do it on my laptop) and created the business card. I was already a bit disappointed since the site wanted MORE money to use your own image, so I had to use a stock image from the site.
After I'd finished. I quite liked my design, dispite it being pretty generic and not having my own logo, I thought the result was pretty good.
Then when I went to check out it told me a price to pay for my order. (Somewhere in the region of £18)
I thought awesome. I've saved around £9 buying the wowcher. Not really up to the value of the £50 I had been led to believe. But I thought half price for what I'd selected wasn't that bad.
However. When I entered my wowcher code into the available voucher code box. All it did was take off the amount I'd paid for the wowcher (£8.99) so I was left with a balance of £8.98 to pay to get my order.
So I made no saving at all what so ever.
Now, to be fair this could just be an isolated issue in the way the two companies interact with each other. It may be solely WoWcher leading me up the garden path.
Whatever the reason. I was left disappointed having to open my wallet to pay for an item I thought I'd already purchased.
So when the cards arrived. I hope at least they will be decent Quality. And worth the £18
***UPDATE***
After posting my review, Carole the Head Nut (her description, not mine) contacted me from Peanut Print to explain their order system and give me a Goodwill credit.
I passed on what my expectations had been from my WoWcher and the difference between that i got.
Carole highlighted what the deal was, and the wording of the WoWcher was acurate and the reasons for the extra costs and in the end we thanked each other for our time.
I suggested improvements or changes to the way the woWcher and order system related to it worked and i was honest with why i had been disappointed. Stating that when i purchase a discount offer i expect it to be all inclusive and no more to be paid.
Carole explained that they could look at simplifying the system for special offers and listend to me. making me feel valued as a customer.
As it turned out i had selected options in my order that were not included by the WoWcher (earlier delivery time). I said i now understood the process but still felt that what i wanted was some double sided business cards for the deal price. but i did apologise for being a pain in their side. this was all on (16/4/14)
The business cards i ordered arrived Today (17/4/14) by courier and they are decent quality.
In comparison to this exellent resolution and Superb customer service from Peanut Print WoWchersfaceless and generic after care was/is terrible. they contacted Peanut print almost two days after i had contacted them. which was about half an hour after Peanut Print had treated me like an actual person, resolved my issue and been pretty fantastic with their customer service.
After all my direct correspondence and exellent resolution/customer service skills
I can honestly say I trust peanut print and would use them again, however i dont think ill be purchasing from WoWcher again.
deal with Peanut Print Directly, they are willing to listen and will provide a quality service.

Ordered business cards for my daughters Body Shop At Home business and needed to keep the costs down (the Vista print offer that everyone must have seen is a big con!)
Cards arrived when they said they would, comms were great and the quality really surprised us. All that and great value too. Will definitely use again and recommend the service.

Cards look good but deal was not as good as wowcher made out

The service received was very personal and first class. If you have any problems then they are more than happy to advise and help. Would strongly recommend.

I haven't received my cards yet so unable to make a complete assessment of the product.
I do wish there was an option on designing the card to put the information where I wanted it to go and centralize as I wished

Overall quality was great. It was of great quality even though the price is less than half the local printer

The online software was a breeze to use, easier than some I could mention.

I would not hesitate to recommend Peanut Print to my friends and colleagues.
