well, I should have checked with this site first... it's been a month and no shoes!
I admit regretfully that I have been ripped off.

This is the most dishonest company with whom I’ve dealt in my entire life of many years...their quality is of the lowest level....their sizing must have been determined after having smoked half a field of weed....they will steal every cent they can from you....if you do business with them you will be betrayed by these brutal predators...Stay away....

Terrible product, terrible company, no customer service, sent crappy shoes back at $37 cost, no refund. DO NOT BUY FROM PEARLZONE you will be sorry. The shoes suck.

I ordered a pair of shoes and received an email saying they had shipped with a tracking number. The order cannot be tracked. It has been nearly a month and I still do not have the shoes or the ability to track them. I have repeatedly sent emails to customer service and have received no reply. There is no phone number available to contact them. Do NOT buy from this company. I am in the process of filing a claim against them with PayPal. Very disgusted!!

What a Scam this company is. I ordered Size 13 US and was sent a show that was a size 11 US. I let them know over their email address they would not respond. I contacted PayPal and PayPal got the Chinese scum bags to answer. They wanted me to return the Shoe at my Cost to them. I disputed this with PayPal that I wanted the scamming Chinese people to pay for shipping back since it was their fault. PayPal closed the case and decided in favor of these scamming Chinese liars. Had I known this was a Chinese merchant I would have not ordered from them. But to be ripped of by PayPal additionally on a protected purchase really ticked me off.Dont buy a thing from these lying Chinese freaking scum bags.The will rip you off.

Yes I ordered 2 pairs off 9 shoes uk size and they sent me size 5 no good for me iam a size 9 uk . That was the first pair I ordered then the same again in black pair still waiting for the black pair I should had read the write up that tells everyone donot buy from these they take your money and sent what they have got I am glad that my daughter in law is a size 5 so they fittedv

They are the masters of the bait and switch. They send the wrong size and style and then tell you to return them to China at a cost of three times the shoe cost. P.O.S.

Total scam I should have checked reviews before I ordered shoes from this company. I ordered shoes over a month ago for work and they still haven't arrived and I don't think they will. I just got ripped off. This company needs to be put out of business. There is no contact phone number and they will not reply to your emails

I can't believe I became a victim to this scam online store, I am normally aware of such scandalous rip offs. However, due to the coronavirus and self contained environment I decided to order a pair of shoes that I saw on Facebook. Pearlzone was advertising their logo and what appeared to be nice clothes and shoes. I second guess whether I should order the shoes because I never heard of the online store. But, I thought maybe it is legitimate because it is on FB. I have struggled to contact the company and I should have read the reviews before the purchase. One day on FB I received a message from the store apologizing for their actions and that I will receive my order in a week. Well, a week and a month has passed and no order. I will report them to the Better Business Bureau and See what type of action I could file against the scandalous crooks, they stole my money and they will not get away with it! I will post it on FB that they are thieves....Lesson Learned, always read the reviews, research the store and read the fine print to check for legitimacy!

I ordered shoes about 6 weeks ago still have not recieved my order but they took my money out of my account. Told me that my order was denied or something like that but they took my money . This site is a total scam do not buy from them🤨😡😤😤😡🤬

Purchase 2 pair of shoes, only 1 received. Tried to contact Pearlzone several times with no response. Placed a paypal claim and denied because I didn't put in a police report. It's a pair of shoes not a criminal offence. After more investigation the company Marul company limited (UK) where Pearlzone is mean't to be run through does not exist, has not existed since 2017. A total scam. NEVER deal with these people.

Just received the shoes I ordered the end of Feb. The fit and color are fine but what a crappy pair of shoes and the smell about drove me out of the house. They have been out in the sun all afternoon. I guess I should have read the reviews as they are poorly made and the leather (?) is paper thin. Think I have learned my lesson about made in China.

thieves YES they stole $57.99 from me ordered shoes and never received them. The order was placed on 03/12/2020 and posted on 03/13/2020. never received an email confirming the order nor any updates on tracking the order. one more write off to scammers

This company is just a bunch of thieves, once you pay them for a pair of boots. You never receive them, and it is Totally Impossible to contact them...
By Email which does not exist, by Web you are taken to my.shopify login site, which is again totally Impossible to get transferred to Pallarien. By telephone again totally Impossible to find a direct phone number... by Location; Not in America Can Not find in China.
So Impossible to get a Refund, I state again a Bunch of Thieves

i ordered shoes from pearlzone. they were terrible looking and it took a long time to even get the order. i asked that they send me information to return the shoes and they said i had to ship them back to china. they said that could be expensive and suggested that i give them to someone. very poor return policy and not anything like the picture looked. don't waste your money.

Ordered a pair of handmade boots looked great in photo. I unfortunately didn’t look at reviews before I ordered. I ordered size 13 and received what I think may be a size 8. Took 6 weeks plus to get here and then be wrong size. I should have looked at reviews which tells the story.

Very unprofessional and unreliable service. I highly recommend not to buy anything from this seller. I bought items and waiting for shipment. After three weeks they cancelled the order. What a hell the seller is!

I ordered a backpack Feb 23. After 2 weeks, I contacted them and was told that there were problems with shipping. I told them to credit my PayPal account and cancel the order. I've sent them other emails since then, and have never heard back from them, so had to open a "dispute claim" with PayPal. I should have checked where they were located - IN CHINA!!! Lesson learned. I will never use this company again and would highly discourage anyone else from ordering from them.
