Shockingly bad, ordered a bag in the August. Waited for the time checked in September and was told that they had forgot. Asked to wait again waited and no bag and now I'm being ignored no reponses to emails, no bag and no return of the money. Do Not Use them I.beleive they are fraudulently advertising goods they never intend to deliver.

I would pick zero stars because that is what they deserve. Their sizes run 1.5 sizes too small. I ordered a size 13 and received a size 11 or 11.5. Toes crammed too the end of shoe. They want me to pay the postage to China to return them. Return postage is 75% the cost of the shoes. No not buy from them.

I first ordered pair and a week later I ordered a different pair. Received the 1st pair too small. Email and they said take a picture of the shoe with a small sticker #44 = size 11.WRONG . I lined up 3 pairs of my shoes size 11. There's were 1-1 1/2 sizes smaller. Received second pair same story.Too small. After reading all the reviews I believe it like shoveling S--T against the tide for any customer service. They basically make you throw in the towel because you have to suckup the loss.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!! Been waiting since June 2019 for the shoes to arrive. Tons of emails to them and i get the same response " what would you like us to do for you" Give my money back..thats what i want. Worst customer service ever. They said i could call them..yah they gave me the phone number to Canada Post.. Nice try.
There should be a rating for "extra bad". No shoes..No refund yet!!! Their site is a freaking joke!!

They say to contact their service team. I did this within an hour of placing my order they ignored my email. I sent another email 3 days later (after they shipped the shoes I didn't want), thanking them for ignoring my email. Then they answered saying sorry the shoes have already shipped, there is nothing that they can do about it now. Bad business. They will never get my business again.

I bought a pair of walking shoes that arrived in 8 weeks! Absolutely the worst Chinese crap I have ever seen. Poor quality and too small plus extremely uncomfortable and cheap. I could have gotten some for half the price at Walmart that would have been better quality. I ask to return and they offered a 20% discount on another pair if I would keep them. I emailed them that I would not wear them if they were free so please send me the return procedure. We shall see what they do. I don’t know how they remain in business selling this junk.

I ordered a pair of shoes from pearlfeet, never arrived I emailed them several times kept telling me they were checking into it. Scam will never purchase anything again from them.

I purchased their hiking shoes and made sure to get my current size shoe based on the chart they provided. Upon arrival, I tried on and shoes were too small. Quality was disappointing. I then contacted the company, not for their cheap quality product but for small size. Man, I was shocked about their nonexistant customer service. They blew me off completely. I advised them I would be eating them with bad reviews. They then offered me 20% off next product and to gift my currently bought shoes to a friend. Wow!

I have received my second pair shoes know when get my purple pair.

I purchased the Lexus Fashion Shoes "Sport Model" in size 10. The shoes took 11 days to be received directly from China. When they arrived, the pair was in a semi-flat envelope - which told me something even before I opened the package. The shoes have no real structure other than the sole and are of inferior quality. So I decided to use them as house slippers until I tried them on. They don't fit - way too small especially at the toe. Don't waste your time and money with this company - a real rip off even with the 10% discount offers.

Quality of the shoes is typical for low end molded shoe products However my order took nearly 6 weeks to arrive, Of course the debit to my account was immediate. I will not order from this source again.

A China scam. Terrible product with absurd return policy.

I was told that my $25. shoes had to be returned to China at my expense to be evaluated.

My lesson is "never buy a product before checking the return policy, ratings, and country of origin"

Basically, China is selling products direct without any customer recourse.

Pearlfeet.com send me shoes of wrong color. No answers to emails.

I bought 2 pairs of shoes. They arrived after a long time in an unmarked bag, no message from the website, no return address. The shoes themselves weren't BAD and they did fit, but if I were to have tried them on in person, I probably would have looked for better ones. Anyway, I tried to return one pair and keep the other. The website claims they have an easy return policy, but that's not true. You have to email them with a picture of the shoes and ask for a refund. They give you 2 weeks after the purchase to return for a refund, but between shipping time and the time it takes them to respond to emails, it's very unrealistic. They finally got back to me and told me that I can return, but the costumer has to tale care of the shipping cost.. .okay. that's fine. At least I'm still getting some of the refund. I go to get the shipping estimate for ONE pair of shoes at UPS. Shipping cost was $107 dollars! from the US to China for shoes I only payed $45 for and they didnt even give me a full mailing address. Very sketchy business. The shoes themselves were adequate...I'm more disappointed in their costumer service. Now I'm stuck with this extra pair of shoes I do not want. On top of that, leaving a review on their website isnt even an option, so here i am.
All the reviews on their website are 5 stars telling you how amazing they are and to buy from them.. FAKE REVIEWS.
They are a completely Chinese ran business. They are a scam.
They do have alot of different options on their site, but Do not buy from them unless you are completely sure and totally do not plan on returning them.

OK, saw the great prices and purchases 3 pairs of running shoes from them. One of them was just fantastic as it is great for the beach. I was running a mud run and this shoe lets water and sand just flow through easy. Mud, not so much, but that is not the shoe's fault. I spend 10 days at the beach and I usually bring sandals and running shoes on the beach, it's a pain. But with the shoe I wore, I didn't need the sandals as the sand flowed through and they were great, just really great, to run on the beach. There are actually holes on the bottom of the shoe to let the water flow throught, so very happy.
The other two pair I purcahsed were just OK. One, the sole is so thin I can only run on the track with it and the other was at least a size too big.
When I saw the review that this Chinese company actually steals and sells your credit card to crooks, I became really concerned and don't think I would purchase from them again.

I ordered a pair of shoes from this company, asked them if the shoes had been dispatched after about 6 emails to them they eventually replied saying that they were short on stock and could I wait for a few more days. These companies customer service is a lot to be desired, I would never buy from them again. I have asked for a refund, I’ll just have to wait and see if I eventually get it I’m not keeping my fingers crossed.

Shoes far too small. Have sent an e-mail asking for refund, but I'm not hopeful having read the other reviews here. I'll modify this review to 5 stars if this gets sorted in an acceptable fashion. Watch this space.

I purchased a pair of shoes from them in February 2019; not realizing that they were closed for 15 days due to Chinese New Year and had to wait 3 months for my shoes to arrive. I did finally receive them and am very pleased with them over all. They did arrive in an un-marked plastic bag which I found quite odd but the quality is good and the wear ability is very good as well.

The company really does need to step it up on their customer service and tracking services though; they do not answer e-mails and the tracking says the product was delivered when is actually was not which puts the consumer into a panic. I will probably order from them again but certainly not during the month of February.

I blame PayPal for allowing such companies to advertise and do business via PayPal

They have a return policy that involves the buyer paying for the freight back to China to an unspecified address. No transparency in their operation or procedures. Consider yourself lucky if you receive your shoes and they fit because returning them is essentially not an option. Who knows what they'll do with your personal and financial data. It's a scam.
