Can you tell my why? I only wrote an accurate account of my experience which I will now have to put on youtube instead.
Whats the point of having the option to write a review if it doesn't represent the true experience. I could lie and say I had a fantastic experience which im guessing you would then publish??

Appalling Customer Service
I'd paid a £500 deposit 6 days before hiring a car to drive 250 miles to complete the purchase of a Yellow Vauxhall Astra electric. Upon arrival, we noticed 2 deep scratches approx 2 inches long on the passenger rear near the back door. These hadn't been previously declared nor were they apparent in the low res WhatsApp video that id requested prior to purchase. Also we were informed that the rear parcel shelf was missing and that it only came with one key. The sales gue cslked Rowan assured us that as the car came from auction that they would hopefully send these missing parts on?? Also, I specifically asked about the condition of the piano black centre console and was told that as they only sell first class condition cars that if there were any scratches it would be replaced. It was scratched! I asked how much he'd be prepared to take off the price to reflect the two deep scratches which had been shodilly touched up with non matching paint and he said he'd have to go out of the room to phone his boss?? Upon return he said that they were not prepared to take anything off the price so we'd have to foot the several hundred pounds to rectify the damage. It was so obvious to see but they didn't have the curtousy to prior inform us before we travelled. We had no option but to cut our losses and depart from this questionable car dealer and drive home another 250 miles. After subsequently reading trustpilot reviews I think we had a lucky escape.

AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS. Sold us a dodgy van with a fake MOT. Sold it to us with one minor advisory - took it to garage same day of purchasing to find 10 major faults, not even road legal, and would’ve never passed a real MOT. Garage did not want us to drive home in the van and told us to get it towed because it’s completely unsafe for the road. He denied doing the MOT himself and refused to tell us who did it. Refused to give us a full refund and claimed all major faults were minor and we can either accept his partial refund or keep the van. Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs bought an electric car. From 1st day the radio/ cd player wouldn't open so cudnt update sat nav etc as it was behind this part. Back and forth to repairers and they said couldn't be fixed. Offered me £100 to keep car i accepted still to this day never seen the money. Then not forgetting I bought this car on 12 bars drove it for 2 month dropped to 8 bars the garage had resetted the bars to look higher!! So annoying spend hard earned money on a vehicle to get mick took out of you!
Just bought my new well second hand car from Peart Motors.
The service I received was excellent from the initial call to the full demonstration of the car.
The sales man Andrew was very knowledgeable about the car and we felt we were in safe hands.
I would highly recommend them to friends and family.
3rd time I have bought off this garage lovely litttle car the wife is over the moon.thanks again excellent service .
Great service. I bought a corsa from here in September and it’s been great
Bought a car less than two months ago as of 10/12/24. The month I bought it, I discovered quite a substantial oil leak and there was exhaust gases escaping. I had that fixed and then the next month the engine emission warning light comes on. At this point I am fed up with this backstreet dealer so I take it to a proper garage. They discover that it needs a brand new Catalytic Converter, Shock Absorbers, Spark plugs, Brake Disks and above all, the left headlight has been CABLE TIED together. What kind of man would sell such a piece of crap?? He presents himself as if he cares, but only sells overpriced, ruined cars. If you buy here, don't let him sort the MOT out as all said above were 'advisories' when they were more serious than that and should have been fixed. At this point I have put nearly £4000 into it (excluding insurance) - what a scam, peart motors are nothing but backstreet dealers.
Fantastic honest dealer, I bought at distance on the internet and the car was as described. Cannot fault the business
Amazing service got a smashing car at great price deffo recommend will use again
Enquired about a car FORD MONDEO 2004 ST220, requested more information, I.e service history, V5, number of owners etc, deposit required, was going to arrange independent inspection (at my own expense), before purchase for peace of mind. Don’t think this request was too much to ask . Replied I can’t work like that obviously hiding something buyer beware. Been in business since 1995 only 6 reviews!
Good selection of vehicles at good prices. I got a great deal , will be going back next time, thanks
Used this business since 1996 for servicing Mots, and repair work, I’m currently on my fifth car from them, been great to deal with
I bought my daughters first car from here in the summer. It Had a bulb go out after 3 days but Andy changed it for me, been fab ever since x
Im on my second car from this gent, all ways a pleasure to deal with
Don't touch this dealership under any circumstances. Bought a Volvo XC70 on the 2nd June . Within 24 hours the Transmission Service Required light came on the gears were very jumpy. Also other issues is warning brake failures notifications came up. Also found out 22 July that the propshaft has been removed causing all of the issues prior to sale and they knew about it. Civil case and criminal enquiries' started and keys handed back to dealer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 as a rejected car. Also under investigation Fraud Act 2006.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS - bought a car and within 3 weeks full clutch had gone, no back brakes, front brakes fading, wheel bearings failed and steering wheel began knocking. Phoned him and i was very reasonable said i dont want money back and only want clutch fixed and i was happy to fork out the £300 to fix the rest, was told "what you want me to do fix it for free?" "no warranty, take me to court" "you're probably a bad driver" and any amounts of insults. Total coward of a man cowering away in his dingy garage. RAC told me that any garage / car sales person would of knew the warning signs the clutch was close to going so he clearly bodged everything to get a quick sale. THEIF AND LIAR
