Incredibly frustrated. Much like other customers i bought a set of 4 canvas in October 2020 and still dont have my purchase. I have messaged the company time and time again asking for a refund with no response. Even if my order cant be fulfilled communication should be simple. Dont order anything from this company!
Ordered 6 chairs in January which were due to be delivered mid March. 1 month later and we’ve not received any contact despite emailing customer services and sending a FB message directly to the owner. Can only assume the business has closed down??
Ordered 4 chairs back in January and have not heard anything since, absolutely distraught as i had saved for these particular chairs and can't buy them anywhere else, £350 gone. Shame on you pebble and leaf!
I ordered two stools in February and haven't heard anything :( I sincerely hope they haven't gone into liquidation. Really upset as this is money I cannot afford as my husband has lost his job:(
Do not buy anything from this company you will not receive your goods. They take your money & then that’s the last you hear of them.
Emailed a month ago about replacing an item that was faulty, no response on email, telephone or instagram.
I'd advise against purchasing.
Pebble and leaf does not have customer service. In October 2020, I have order 4 stools that i have never received and I could not get my money refunded, despite many calls and emails. I highly recommend to stay away from this company.
Despite being unable to fulfill orders, they still take orders on the website, they don`t return to customer emails until you try to leave a review on the website, which magically disappears, their support line is just a recoded message, and they blame everything on Covid.
There are reviews on Google from people who are still waiting any updates on the orders they placed in November.
