Waited ages to be seen. Brought a video of baby to be 6 minutes long was very rushed was only in the room for 6 minutes wouldn’t recommend for any scan and we think they could have got the gender wrong as it was so rushed and not clear on the photos. Baby was upside down and they did nothing to try and move the baby to see clearer.

Polite, helpful and respectful

I had an amazing experience at Peek a baby! The staff were so lovely and kept the gender a surprise for me to find out with my husband but got to see my baby is healthy and even have a video we can watch together when we know the gender. Highly recommend

Had a early reassurance scan today at the Birmingham branch, myself and my partner where told we would need IVF to conceive, we was super nervous for the appointment today. However every staff member was friendly and welcoming. Im sorry i never got your names. But a big thank you for today. ☺️

My daughter quit her other job to work here and then decided after two days to sack her while she was there she was not trained at all and was left to fend for herself with no knowledge on the roll!

Stuck up staff

Attended a gender scan today, to be told that I couldnt have it done because I was not 16 weeks, there website clearly advertisers from 15 weeks but what it does not make clear is that is only at Birmingham. Traveled a long way with our child and were excited to find out what we're having to be told that we couldn't have it, not help, not apology just hands a number to call as they don't book there own appointments. The whole situation was handled so unprofessionally, told to go to Birmingham if I wanted to know this early which wasn't possible. Didn't seem to give one bit of care regarding how stressful it was.

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK HERE, worst experience ever, had my gender scan booked since the start of may for tomorrow at 10am, they call me just now telling me the sonographer is not available tomorrow and my appointment is cancelled, I am vulnerable and disabled and had arranged for my carer to accompany me for my scan as I have been very unwell and this was something I really was looking forward to it, I was extremely triggered at them cancelling at such short notice and made that very clear, they then called me back 20 minutes after to say they can fit me in right now at this moment, seriously?! I just told them I am disabled and require a carer so how would they expect me to do that at such short notice, terrible service and company, please book somewhere else!!

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from all the staff working there, abusive and rude.. Sonographer was a very rude lady, wouldn’t listen to anything we said and kept talking over us. Told us the gender of our baby wrong twice so if you want a gender scan I wouldn’t recommend this place at all

Not happy paid for 3d scan at the mitcham branch absolute shambles! Appointment was at 3pm was made to wait until 5pm to be seen! Staff not helpful at all put other customers in front of us! Go to windows to to womb instead of this useless place. Instead of helping staff told us to re book! If you want a nice day experience don’t come here l!

Have used peekababy 3 times this pregnancy from early reassurance, gender scan and then 4d scan staff have always been friendly and helpful. Very easy to book online, good communication throughout.

I went to the Mitcham branch and what an amazing experience. From the staff at reception to the lady’s doing the scan, they are so enthusiastic and made it all so special. I’ve been for a few scans at other places and this was by far the best atmosphere. Would highly recommend.

Lovely staff but a bit disappointed that I booked a gender scan and saw the colour on the top of the confetti cannon before they took it off. Completely ruined it for me - just be more cautious next time you’re walking right past customers, maybe put it in a bag or something 🥹

They Leak after the first urination by an 2 yr old and the organisation refuses to refund saying their policy is that once worn they cannot refund. Not happy!!!

This company has extremely false advertising. They claim “special technology” to allow their cotton nappies not to leak - this is 100% untrue, they leak as any cotton pants would. They also advertise a 30 day “risk-free try” period in which you can try and if you don’t like the products, get your money back. This is also 100% untrue as their small print states you can only have your money back if you return the products unused. In the UK this would be illegal as the products have been falsely advertised and are not fit for purpose under the consumer act. I hope in Australia they have the same protections for those that will need them.
