Bad Return Policy - BEWARE
I received 2 pairs of glasses. One was fine while the other arrived broken. Rather than have me return or exchange them through a simple process I received an email asking for a list of product information and photos marked with flags showing where the damage was before they could do anything else. If you have the time and patience go for it, but It’s obvious they want to discourage returns and don’t have good customer service.

Long time customer - happy but have suggestions
I have ordered reading glasses from Peepers at least 6 times over the years with multiple glasses per order. I wish they would update their style again - more like Caddis, etc but for now, I am happy with some of their oversized readers. Quick shipping - they use Fed Ex for expedited shipping and I buy from anyone that uses them because they are so reliable. ( as opposed to On Trac or the dreaded USPS ) Good return policy with fast refunds. Excellent overall
