I have worked in this place for a year and it is one of the dirtiest kitchens I have seen. The only interest of the owner is to make money, and not a lot of effort is put in complying with the food control regulations. It has even been shut down because they found pieces of food under the fridge that had been there for ages and bacteria on the door of the fridges and dishwasher. And the price is extreme, moreover when half of the tapas are already bought ready-to-serve.
