I received very high quality products, fast delivery service even though it was from China

They do a great job and produce a quality product at a ver reasonable price. When I am out in public I get a lot of compliments and questions on where to buy the product.

I havent received any shipments but the tracking number states I did. I have not received a response to any of my email. I will NEVER buy from this company again.

I ordered a pair of KC Chiefs shoes. The shoes came in a bag, not even a box. There is no brand of shoe and the color of the shoe is maroon. The KC Chiefs color is red, not maroon. I did contact customer service and they told me there was nothing they could do. So, I am very unsatisfied and if I could leave a zero star review, I would.

It appears Pemagear does not have a US location. Items are shipped from outside the country, mostly from China. It took over 3 weeks for my item to arrive and someone was "playing with" the tracking information for 15 days showing my item arriving and departing a location in Jaimaca NY over and over. I suspect it was really on a slow boat from China.

The item I ordered was described as a "zip up hoodie". There is no zipper, it is a pull over hoodie. Although it looks fairly nice and is true to size, I am disappointed that it is a pull over.

I would give them zero stars if possible way way too long to receive package still don’t have it should have checked reviews buyer beware

What dissapointment! The zip up hoodies I ordered did arrive on time for Christmas however, they're the wrong ones. Not only do they not have sherpa inside but they're not even zip ups either. The picture they displayed is not what I received and now they wont take them back to issue me a refund. Do not use this comapny, they will just ghost you and not respond to your complaints. That's how they make their money.

My husband ordered 5 fox hoodies for the family for Christmas back at the end of November. It's almost Christmas and we have no idea where they are. The last email we received was December 4th stating that the USPS is awaiting the package. We could have ordered these from another company and would have received them by now. We are very upset that pemagear can't even send an email with updates. We spent about $250.00. I'm praying we didn't get scammed. I don't know if we would ever order from this place again because of the lack of communication and the wait time. Buyers beware is all I can stress to future purchasers

I ordered a Sacramento Kings jacket Black Friday and I still have yet to hear that USPS shipped it. It’s taking way too long to get here. If I ordered it anywhere else I would’ve gotten it by now

Very smooth, efficient and easy transaction.

Should not take 5 weeks for an item shipping from Jamaica,NY. to go to Wayne,Pa. Company lists a phone number , but doesn't answer their phones. They even confirmed this for me in an email that said they don't have phone access. Really sketchy overall. Way too long for an item to be shipped with how quickly everyone else ships.

You must remember to be patient because the shoes are shipped from China.

My grandson loves his new anime sneakers! They look very well made and true to fit. The delivery is what is to be expected considering the distance they came. We enjoyed tracking them and he knew how close they were coming. Finally my idea was a hit! For many many years he wanted Legos or Nerf Guns. I decided enough of that, and I thought of these. He dressed as his favorite anime (Itachi) 2 yrs for Halloween and now has matching footwear too! Thanks Pemagear!...satisfied grandmother.

Quality of our quilt was excellant,also easy to order and follow the website. Once the item least shipped from your site, delivery took much longer than expected. Not your fault,I would order again.

The quality of the shoes I bought for my wife was incredible they were more than I imagined in person. She was absolutely floored and they even had her name on them was the icing on the cake. She was VERY VERY pleased it was a surprise for the Cowboys vs Rams we attended.

She loves her Taylor Swift blanket. I didn’t realize how long it would take to ship. Very glad it finally arrived!
